Purpose:observation the situation of coronary artery stenosis degree induced by coronary calcified plaque with near the emergence of non-calcified plaque using Spectral CT.Methods:A retrospective analysis of29patients clinically relevant information without diabetes, high blood lipids in patients underwent spectral CT, the plaque calcification and the adjacent areas non-calcified plaque distribution characteristics were observed and the luminal stenosis degree induced by plaque calcification, the distance between calcification and non-calcified plaque were measured. calcified plaques and non-calcified plaques measurement:stable plaqu, CT value<50HU; fibrous plaque CT value is50HU-130HU; calcified plaques CT value>130HU[2], the soft plaques and fiber plaque collectively referred to as the calcified plaque.Using software to evaluate coronary artery stenosisThe severity of coronary artery stenosis[3]:Mild stenosis (Degree of stenosis<50%); Moderate stenosis (Degree of stenosis>50%and≤75%); Severe stenosis (Degree of stenosis>75%); Coronary arterial occlusion (Degree of stenosis100%)。Results:①47calcified plaques was showed in29patients, resulting in mild, severe stenosis of respectively20,20,7.25calcified plaques which caused the lumen light, medium and severe stenosis calcified plaque number were5,13,7were associated with non-calcified plaque. The percentage of non-calcified plaque formation in three groups was25%,65%,100%, comparison between groups there was statistically significant difference(χ2=13.664, P=0.001).②The distance between non-calcified plaque and calcified plaque in there group was1.86±0.56mm,0.88±0.47mm,0.34±0.29mm, between the there groups were statistically significant (F=16.735, P<0.001).Conclusion:①Spectral CT and CardlQ Xpress software package for various types of coronary plaque are very good for observation.②With the increase of the degree of stenosis of calcified plaque, behind the formation of non-calcified plaque also showed an increasing trend. The more severe the degree of stenosis caused by calcified plaque, the easier the formation of non-calcified plaque.③The key observation section was different for the behind of calcified plaque in different stenosis dagree. Determining the rational section is helpful to avoid missing small non-calcified plaque.
