[objective]CysC through various mechanisms can be involved in the occurrence and development of CHD. We have reason to believe that, with the molecular biology and infrastructure to the continuous development of medical science, CysC in gene expression and the relationship with cardiovascular disease will be gradually clarified, to treat serious threat of disease of human body health opening up new road.The main purpose of this research lies in the different condition and different lesions were the degree of CHD patients serum Cys C level, analyzing the coronary lesions degree and the relationship between the atheromatous plaque ulnerability, help clinicians more accurate to patients with CHD risk stratification, at the same time for acute coronary syndrome (acutecoronary syndrome ACS) of early prediction, prevention to provide the theory basis.[methods]Using case-control study method. Jul2010to2011on the first people’s hospital in yangzhou city134patients hospitalized patients with heart medicine are subject to coronary angiography (CAG) diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD, coronary heart disease) patients. Every patients are DCG check, check serum myocardial enzyme, muscle calcium protein, gao min c-reactive protein, CysC, plasma total cholesterol (total cholesterol, TC), triglycerides (triglyeride, TG), lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol-(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c)-cholesterol (high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, hdl-c) and blood sugar and blood tests, according to the illness will patients were divided into three groups:acute myocardial infarction (acute myocardial infarction, AMI) patients28patients, age (66.32+/-8.25years; Unstable angina (unstable angina pectoris, UAP) in82cases, age (63.81+/-10.08years; Stable angina (stable angina pectoris, SAP) patients24cases, age (65.95+/-11.15years old. The other according to coronary angiography (CAG) the results will be all patients for the following group. According to the disease extent is divided into:normal,1a, two, three for the lesions group. Coronary artery as shadow results indicated for normal control group28patients, age (63.32+/-10.24years old. Analyze the different condition and different pathological changes of the patients with coronary artery disease in CysC level.[results]1. AMI group, UAP group, the SAP group were higher than the control group CysC level; AMI group CysC level was significantly lower than the UAP group, the SAP group. And the comparison between BUN, Cr were no statistical significance. CysC as a condition of coronary heart disease can sensitive index.2.3a lesions group, the two lesions and1a group of lesions were significantly higher than that of the control group CysC level;3a lesions group, the two groups were higher than CysC lesions level1a lesions group; And two lesions than group, but the lesions CysC higher levels of two lesions group. Patients with coronary artery disease in the blood of CysC level with coronary artery disease increases with the increase of the number, the response of patients with coronary artery disease severity of illness.3. CysC coronary lesions and Gensini integral with coronary artery disease increases with the increase of the count, there exist obvious correlation between them, CysC can indirectly reaction extent of coronary lesions4. CysC can reaction without coronary disease.5. CysC is coronary heart disease risk factors.[conclusion]CysC content and CHD clinical the seerity of illness related, and coronary artery disease related degree. CysC increased with the occurrence of coronary heart disease may be related to development. CysC to coronary heart disease is the independent risk factors.
