Objective: Explore the effects of treatment of furosemide combined with dopaminecontinuous pump on the renal protection of severe burns. Methods60cases of severelyburnt patients with more than50%of the burn area of Ningxia Medical University in2004-2010, divided into treatment group and control group, in treatment group, furosemidecombined with dopamine continuous pump, alone furosemide in the control group, Theaverage hourly urine output within12hours after treatment, the24-hour urine volume of theday1,3after treatment, the Changes in blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine(Cr) beforeAnd at day1,3after treatment,the renal failure and mortality rate of after3days of treatmentwere compared between two groups, result the average hourly urine output within12hours after treatment and the24-hour urine volume of the day1,3increased considerably inthe treatment group,two groups have significant difference(P<0.05). before treatment, thedifferences of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) between two groups have nosence in strtistics (P>0.05).At day1,3after treatment, creatinine (Cr) difference wasstatistically significant, but the change of blood urea nitrogen was no significant differences,after treatment, the different of renal failure rate was statistically significant, the mortality ratebetween treatment group and control group have no sense in statistics.conclusionfurosemide combined with dopamine by microinfusion pump can effectivelySteady improve the urine of patients with severe burn and Improve renal function.but therewere No significant improvement in mortality rate with severe burn.
