Nowadays ECG machines on the market from abroad are expensive, some foreignsoftware licensing fees is even more than the cost of the whole electrocardiographmachine. On the other hand although there are many domestic manufacturers, signalprocessing algorithm and the detection algorithm are still a big gap with foreigncountries. At the same time, most of the ECG machines are relatively simple, they can’tprovide enough imformation to conduct the doctor to the optimal diagnosis. The mainsubject of the thesis is to study the ECG data pre-processing algorithm andtime-frequency analysis features including VCG detection, ventricular late potentialsdetection, FCG analysis, high-frequency ECG detection, acquisition of conversioncoefficient matrix from the standard12lead to the Frank lead applicated on the ECGmachine. The main purpose is to address common ECG defects of preprocessingalgorithm and enrich the electrocardiogram machine functions.The main research workis given as follows:The data pre-processing algorithm has been studied. A new method based onSDFT has been put forward for lead off detection. A new approach based on the inputfor ringing elimination and the A new way for PACEmaker detection algorithm has alsobenn issued. The main filters including baseline wander filter, power frequency notchfilter, low pass filter has been designed.A new kind of approach for VCG analysis has been studied, which includes areal-time detection algorithm of P-wave, a new area algorithm based on Cross productin computational geometry, an optimized lowpass filter for ECG template. An optimalcoefficient matrix has been obtained by comparison.Integrated use of time-domain analysis and frequency domain analysis has beenapplicated in three independent analysis module of ECG, including ventricular latepotentials detection, FCG analysis, high-frequency ECG detection.S3C2410A is chosen as the main chip which cooperates with μC/OS-II as thesystem software. Selection of the main chip peripherals and design of the main tasks hasbeen completed. The hardware and software platform of the system of the ECG machinehas been successfully built up.
