Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of treated with cage graftand impaction on posterior interbody fusion combined with pedicle screwfixtation. Methods: This retrospective analysis of July1999July2010admitted to ahospital pedicle screw fixation and complete data DLS patients with86cases, the lastfollow-up in78cases,90.7%of the follow-up rate. There were40males and38females, aged36years old-80years old, the average age of49.53.5years. Courseof3years-20years, an average of4.50.5years. All of them were treated with cagegrafted and impaction on posterior interbody fusion combined with pedicle screwfixation.A follow-up period was lated for12-28months to observe clinical effect andfusion rate.Results:78patients under the JOA score improvement rate (RR)=(postoperative score-preoperative score)/(29-preoperative score)*100%. Resultsfound:56patients with RR≥75%as excellent,15patients,50%≤RR <75%good,and7patients25≤RR <50for no patients with RR <25%or lower than thepreoperative JOA score persons.65patients according to graft bone graftinter-transverse process or interbody fusion evaluation criteria visible continuoustrabecular bone, the flexion lateral vertebral activities less than4°, is that the bonegraft fusion, the interbody fusion was83%. Which under the Meyerding indexingdivided into A and B groups, A, B two groups compared, age, preoperative JOA wasno significant difference (P>0.05) Group A and group B, the duration of preoperativeand postoperative JOA no significant difference (P>0.05), preoperative andpostoperative JOA difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), good rate of91.3%.Conclusions: The surgilal technique of cage graft and impaction on posteriorlumbar spondylolisthesis pedicle screw fixtation provide fixation with satisfactoryclinical results and relatively high fusion rate. Guiding significance for degenerativespondylolisthesis. |
