ã€Objective】through measuring the content of nitrite and sodium element in soil in highand low risk areas in the north of shanxi province, the results were analyzed andcompared, to find influence factors of gastric cancer in this region, provide the basis forthe primary prevention of gastric cancer in the local.ã€Methods】The research object for collecting the high-risk area of gastric cancer jiacounty and the low-risk area luochuan’s takes for the villiage as a unit randomlyextracted soil samples, divided into jia county group and luochuan county group;According to the national environmental protection standard (HJ634-2012),theapplication of potassium chloride solution to extract-the spectrophotometric detectionthe content of nitrite in the soil (jia county group of95, luochuan county group of100).inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry detected by the content ofsodium-element in the soil (jia county group of twenty, luochuan county group ofeighteen); Determination of all data by using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis,comparison with the two groups of normal distribution measurement data to mean±standard deviation description, counting material by chi-square test, the normaldistribution of measurement data take T test, non-normal distribution of measurementdata take rank and inspection, inspection level determined as0.05, P <0.05fordifference has statistical significance.ã€Results】1. The data of nitrate content in the soil of Jia county group and luochuan county groupbelong to measurement data, the SPSS17.0software statistical analysis data for normaldistribution, statistical description of jia county group was100.184720±183.8008232,52.492980±77.6668273was luochuan’s group, because variance irregularities, t=2.338,P=0.021, P <0.05, the difference is statistically significant, the nitrate in soil of jia county group was higher than luochuan’s group.2.The data of element sodium content in the soil of Jia county group and luochuan countygroup also belongs to the measurement data, the SPSS17.0software statistical analysisdata for normal distribution, statistical description jia county group was501.8253000±44.37937918,407.2076967±1.47572358was luochuan’s group, because varianceirregularities, t=2.616, P=0.017, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significance,the element sodium content in the soil of jia county group was higher than luochuan’sgroup.ã€Conclusion】1. The content of nitrate and sodium-element in the soil in the high-risk area of gastriccancer jia country was higher than the content of the low-risk area luochuan county’s inthe north of shanxi province, however the mortality of gastric cancer in jia country wasobviously higher than the luochuan and the trend was rising year by year,whichindicated that there was closely relationship between the mortality of gastric cancer andthe content of nitrate and sodium-element in the soil in the north of shanxi province.2. Analysis of the content of nitrate and sodium-element in the soil in the high-risk areaof gastric cancer jia country and the low-risk area luochuan county’s in the north ofshanxi province test results show that the higher the content of nitrite andsodium-element in the soil, the higher the risk of gastric cancer.3. The high or low content of nitrite and sodium-element in the soil in the north of shanxiprovince which affect the morbidity and mortality of gastric cancer may be one of therelevant factors,it should pay attention to the people’s living environment andproduction,lifestyle in the primary prevention of gastric cancer.Soil as the livingenvironment of the people is no way to change,to change the production and lifestyle sothat the composition of the soil environment,to achieve an objective of prevention. |
