| Objective To analyze the difference of measured values of PLT, PT, APTT, FIB, TTbetween patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) and benign ovarian tumor. To analyzethe differences of these indexes between the different stage, differentiation, pathological typeof patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Then investigate the relationship and clinicalsignificant between the change of indexes and the biological behavior of tumors. Meanwhile,the significant index which be found in the analysis between groups makes correlationanalysis with CA125, then judge the value of jointed detective.Methods1. Quantitative detect the measured values of PLT, PT, APTT, FIB, TT,CA125of observation group (158cases of EOC patients) and control group (treated the sameperiod of63cases of ovarian chocolate cyst patients and81cases of epithelial oarian benigntumor patients), then comparative analyze between groups.2. Grouping compare of the PLT,PT, APTT, FIB, TT, CA125levels for the different stage, differentiation, pathological type of158EOC patients.3. The significant index which be found in the analysis between groupsmakes correlation analysis with CA125, then judge the sensitivity, specificity, positivelikelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio.Results1. The measured values of PLT, PT, FIB, CA125of observation group patientswere higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The patients of platelet counts above320*109/L in observation group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Themeasured values of TT in observation group were lower than that in control group (P<0.05).2.The measured values of PLT, FIB, CA125different between the stages of EOC patients(P<0.05).3. The platelet counts and patients of platelet counts above320*109/L in the earlystage group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).4. The platelet counts of early stagegroup patients were higher than the control group patients (P<0.05); the patients of FF above4g/L in the early stage group have no difference with the control group.5. The measuredvalues of PLT, FIB, TT, CA125have difference between the differentiations of EOC patientsand the control group patients (P<0.05). The measured values of FIB increased withdecreasing degree of differentiation.6. The measured values of PLT, PT, APTT, FIB, TThave no difference between the pathological types of EOC patients. The measured values ofCA125have difference between the pathological types of EOC patients (P<0.05).7. UsingCA125detect EOC, the optimal cutoff point is180U/ml. Using PLT detect EOC, the optimalcutoff point is236*109/L. Compared to CA125alone detect EOC, jointed CA125and PLT,although lower the sensitivity, but increase the specificity and the positive likelihood ratio.Conclution1. Compared with the benign ovarian tumor patients, EOC patient’s blood coagulation system function hyperthyroidism and the blood is high condensation state.2.With the stage increasing, blood is high condensation state of the more notable, morecomplications, such as blood clots.3. The higher FIB measured value of EOC patients, thelower degree of tissue differentiation, the higher degree of malignancy, the more significant ofhumoral hypercoagulable state, the worst prognosis.4. Jointed PLT with CA125can increasethe specificity, positive likelihood ratio of preoperative differential diagnosis of patients withearly stage EOC. |
