Bovine infected by BVDV showed high fever, diarrhea, gastrointestinal mucosal bleeding, erosions and ulcers, pregnant cow abortion, dead fetus and abnormal fetus.1980came to China, and quickly became popular, endangering cattle, buffalo, yaks health. Yak herders and living conditions of local residents due to the special nature of consciousness is not high factor preventing infection of bovine viral diarrhea situation is very serious.In order to understand the Tibetan Plateau yak bovine viral diarrhea prevalence, the seroprevalence of Bovine Viral Diarrhea (BVD)infection in yaks was surveyed in Qinghai and Tibet of China in2011to2013. A total of1565serum samples was collected from Tibetan Plateau and were tested by ELISA. The results showed that145(53.65%) of Tibetan samples and189(72.14%) of Qinghai’s samples were positive for BVD in2011. The results showed that100(45.25%) of Hongyuan samples and124(54.15%) of Qinghai’s samples were positive for BVD in2012. The results showed that103(33.33%) of Tibetan samples and144(56.03%) of Hongyuan samples were positive for BVD in2013. The results of the present investigation indicate that BVD is common in yaks in Qinghai, Tibet and Hongyuan.The main control measures for BVDV to eliminate persistent infection and vaccination. We chose two vaccinations at Yak, immune effects and immune effects observed comparing the two vaccines. Prevention and control of bovine viral diarrhea yak immune incidence and prevalence of evidence.To observe the bovine viral diarrhea virus vaccine on the immune effect of yak, we select5yak bovine viral diarrhea virus test negative vaccination, collection yak serum in different time periods (7,14,30,60,90,180days) and detection antibody titer by ELISA, indicating that the vaccine is safe and feasible for the yak, can be used for disease prevention and control.Swine fever vaccines make cattle produce bovine viral diarrhea virus antibodies, which provided the basis for the application of classical swine fever vaccine bovine viral diarrhea. Since exist common antigen and cross immunity between the bovine viral diarrhea virus and classical swine fever virus, select A, B groups of15yaks bovine viral diarrhea virus test negative yaks, were injected with bovine viral diarrhea vaccines and swine fever vaccine, collected two yak serum at different time periods (7,14,30,60,90, 180days) and detection antibody by ELISA, showed that both vaccines can cause the body to produce antibodies and bovine viral diarrhea virus vaccine antibody levels than the classical swine fever vaccine high.This experiment was to understand between2011and2013, the qinghai-tibet plateau yak the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea, immunization of prevention and control measures are put forward based on the results, test and compared the two different vaccine immune effect, for yak bovine viral diarrhea disease prevention and control to provide the reference.
