In this experiment,pepper as the crop,used contrast and orthogonal experiment methods, studied about influence on pepper physiological and economic indicators on different substrates in soil-less culture,different irrigation quota and different culture geosynclinal depth systematically in the desert greenhouse,then summarized and analysis of the key issues of the research, development status and results of soilless culture pepper in greenhousat home and abroad.I refer to the former’s study on the growth and development process of pepper, especially on root characteristics, with large amount of test data as the foundation, through to the data analysis,and growth mechanism,according to the theory and greenhouse cropphysiology and ecology of pepper, formulate the reasonable design, the specific studies are as follows:1,The contrast tests of different culture medium with the same irrigation quota is8m3/667m2and the same culture geosynclinal depth of40cm, the same amount but different substrate conditions all with drip irrigation under film with anti-seepage measures planting pepper. Through monitoring and data on pepper growth and physiological indexes of finishing, obtain the most suitablemedium. Research shows that J2processing the highest yield,2893.73kg/667m2, Compared with J1, J3and CK as high as8.95%,12.63%and153.30%, the differences between treatments were significant.2,Using the method of contrast test, we have made a contrast experiment studied on different irrigation quota With taking cornstalk as matrix,40cm as the develop geosynclinal depth, respectively by6m3/667m2,8m2/667m2,10m3/667m2for irrigation quota, the prevention measures and drip irrigation under plastic mulch planting pepper. By monitoring the difference on the growth of pepper and physiological indicators, through the data statistics and finishing, obtained the most appropriate irrigation quota. Research shows that W2processing the highest yield,2893.73kg/667m2, compared with J1, J3and CK as high as70.06%,64.43%and34.8%, the differences between treatments were significant.3, Using the method of contrast test, we have made a contrast experiment studied on different cultures, geosynclines depth of60cm,50cm,40cm,30cm,8m3/667m2as the irrigation quota, the prevention measures and drip irrigation under plastic mulch planting pepper.By monitoring the difference on the growth of pepper and physiological indicators, through the data statistics and finishing, obtained the most suitable cultivation depth. Research shows that, with the soilless culture geosynclinal depth shallower, the average plant height of pepper increased gradually; stem diameter, dry matter, yield and photosynthesis increases with the depth increased firstly and then decreased, the treatment of S2with the depth of50cm was reached the highest value, and the water use efficiency was highest for9.3928kg/m3.Comprehensive water-saving considerations, treatment of S2under the condition of drip irrigation under film s in, soilless culture of native desert greenhouse pepper was the most appropriate training geosynclinal depth.4,Using the method of orthogonal test,In depth, substrate, irrigation quota for orthogonal experimental factors. Indepth, rrigation quota design matrix and9orthogonal test for factors, whichdetermine the combination of drip irrigation under plastic film desert sunlight greenhouse pepper cultivation without soil best soilless cultivation, irrigation quota and geosynclinals depth,for the desert sunlight greenhouse water-saving irrigation soilless culture technology to provide theoretical and practical basis. The experimental data shows, to handle the D2the highest yield, the most sensitive factor matrix is not, therefore, consider the matrix is easy to collect, can consider to replace corn straw, i.e. the optimal combination of corn straw, D4,8m3/667m2,40cm.The research results of this paper solve the soilless culturetechnology problems of non cultivated desert sunlight greenhouse, soil improvement and water saving in Zhongwei, Ningxia.It provides theoretical and technical basis for soilless culture in desert sunlight greenhouse. The research have important promotion for the development of facility agriculture in non cultivated desert sunlight greenhouse.
