The issues of soil fertility and microbial function degradation has been put forward because of the fossil energy input excessively that our agricultural mode adopt for several decades which brings a lot of environmental problems as well. The pedosphere is the most important hinge that influences the human activities for its functional uniqueness and variety. Based on the above reasons, the improvement of low-carbon agriculture and the process of soil fertility restoration has been attracted much more attention. In view of the goal that to achieve the High ecological value agriculture which established by CAS, by setting up a long-term positioning experiment under the background of the low-carbon agriculture in red soil ecological experimental station to improve the barren quaternary red clay which distributes in the southeast of china. Two continuous cropping system and several fertilization treatments (Ref, CK, NPK, S, SM, B) were designed and the dynamic CO2flux monitoring technologies were combined together to discuss:(a) The change rule of soil nutrient in different fertilization treatments(b) The change of soil microbial community structure in different fertilization treatments and continuous cropping systems(c) Quantitative analysis the relationship among the soil microbial community diversity, soil nutrient content, CO2flux and the aboveground biomass. The major progresses that we have acquired including:(a) Soil physical and chemical properties:In different equal carbon input systems, fertilization treatments change the soil nutrients obviously. The SM, B treatment escalated the soil available nutrient and organic matter content significantly compared with Ref treatment and the B treatment improved the pH significantly in the same quarter. The S, SM and B treatment escalated the organic matter content between the different quarter and the majority nutrient significantly improved compared with the previous quarter.(b) Microbial community diversities and structures:Fertilization treatment change the bacteria and fungi microbial community to a certain extent. SM and B treatment improved the bacteria diversities most significant compared with other treatments, the NPK treatment influenced fungi diversities greatest in peanut system; The Monte Carlo test of RDA analysis revealed that the organic matter and available nuritents influenced the microbial community structures significantly.(c) On the premise of equal amount of carbon input, the CO2flux of SM treatment is the highest and the B treatment has the ability to assimilate the CO2that spill into the atmosphere from soil compared with the SM treatment; The ABT analysis explained the relative contributions of every factor changed by the different quarter.(d) Compared to the CK treatment in different continuous cropping systems, all of the other fertilization treatments improved the aboveground biomass significantly. The order is: B>SM>S>NPK>CK.
