The soil erosion aggravate in recent years, which is a reflection of the ecological environment deterioration and becomes one of the most prominent problems in the ecological environment in our country. The influence factors of soil erosion of natural factors and human factors, with the development of the society, the influence of human activities on the soil erosion is more significant, changing soil erosion intensity, space distribution and evolution processing. Soil erosion and regional economic development are inter-constraint, how to achieve harmonious development in nature environment and social economy that is a focused issue in globe. In order to decrease soil erosion, the governments set different safeguard procedures.Researching of social and economic effects on soil erosion, qualitative and quantitative research of social and economic factors and the relationship of soil erosion. Analyzing of the evolution characteristics of soil erosion has great significance for soil and water conservation measures. The article based on the macroscopic scale, analysis of the soil erosion change trend and predict the change of soil erosion. According to the results put forward the corresponding soil and water conservation measures, strengthen the ecological construction of soil and water conservation. Under the premise that natural factors, social economic factors, such as index as the influence of human activity factor, statistics1995,2000,2006,2010, four years of soil erosion data and social economy in Hubei, analysis the change of soil erosion in Hubei province of15years.Combined with natural and man-made factors, study the main factors affecting soil erosion change, the influence factor of partition. Based on the key factors to simulate the changes of soil erosion prediction, analysis its change rule. The conclusion is as follows:1. The erosion area is decreasing year by year, the overall situation has improved. In2010, mild erosion decreased by25%compared with1995, moderate erosion by54.89%,the intensity of erosion by59.93%, but the very intensity of erosion and severe erosion area has nearly doubled. Deterioration of soil erosion area need to protect.2. Factors affecting soil erosion changes over the terrain. Regional economic development level and industry structure reflect soil erosion in mountainous region. Irrigation and water conservancy measures and food production reflect soil erosion in the plain area. Slope effects of soil erosion in hilly region.3. Using the PLS to screen the key factors affecting soil erosion, on the basis of a targeted key driver for the forecast of soil erosion changes more effectively. As a result, provide the basis for designated soil and water conservation measures.
