| With the rapid development of floating seedling techniques, crop seedling matrix is becoming more common, the demand for the nursery substrates which main component is lime mud increase rapidly, mining on the lime mud of ecological environment have caused huge damage to the natural environment. In order to reduce the lime mud mining damage to the natural environment, it’s becoming more and more important to research recycling waste matrix.The influence of waste matrix of tobacco Yun87on seed germination and seedling growth of Tobacco Yun87and Hunan rape NO.15, physiological characteristic of Tobacco Yun87, and comparative study of different treatment matrix were studied.The results showed that:(1) the used matrix had significant inhibition on germination potential, germination rate, fresh and dry weight, root length, shoot length of Tobacco Yun87and Hunan rape NO.15, no matter the matrix was sterilized or not.while the streilized matrix promoted the germination and the root-bud length and fresh-dry matter accumulation of Tobacco Yun87and Hunan rape NO.15.(2) the used matrix had significant inhibition on leaf area, root activity, CAT activity, NR activity, and had significant promotion on MDA content of seedling tobacco, no matter the matrix was sterilized or not.while the streilized matrix promoted the physiological characteristic of seedling tobacco except the MDA content(3) Come to the used matrix, except other indicators were significantly reduced, it’s conductive rate increased significantly, density and total porosity were not change obviously. When it comes to the sterilized matrix, the moisture content and particle size proportion significantly improves, among them, the moisture content, conductivity and particle diameter ratio of matrix MT2processing are almost consistent with the control group, in addition, the density, organic matter content and total porosity were not significantly change, the iron and manganese content reduced.Came to the conclusion that tobacco waste matrix used in rapeseed seedling has certain feasibility; Tobacco waste after inactivating treatment has certain positive effect on physiological and biochemical indexes of tobacco seedlings; It’s possible to change the physical and chemical properties of the used matrix to make it into the original features. |
