Escherichia coli disease is caused by some serotypes of Escherichia coli disease conditions, rapiddevelopment in recent years become a major bacterial disease of the poultry industry, causing seriouseconomic losses to the practitioners. During the onset of the disease prevention relies mainly on vaccinesand drugs, but the results are less obvious. This purpose from2008to2012, around Jinan five chicken farmpoultry disease prevalence survey,And chickens from the submission of the disease compound, pathogenisolation and identification of the following major findings:A common disease of chickens according to the nature of the pathogen can be basically divided intothree types of viral, bacterial and parasitic. Isolates E. coli O-antigen identification, O78, O2, O9, O24, O127,O15, O82seven serotypes. The regional advantages type O78, O2, O9, O24, respectively, accounted for28.6%of the total number of E. coli strains,21.4%,14.2%,14.2%. Isolates susceptibility test results:florfenicol, azithromycin, cefotaxime, Tou Baopai Shu, neomycin, fosfomycin sodium, enrofloxacinsensitive, Will be more sensitive to the drug compound and achieved good results, especially drugsneomycin and florfenicol, azithromycin, cefotaxime, the Tou Baopai Shu complex combination not onlyachieve better results, And greatly reduce drug costs, with good value for money.Many antimicrobial agents can not effectively control E. coli disease of chickens, Therefore,development of a safe and effective seedlings of E. coli is an effective way to control E. coli disease. To the isolated E. coli regional advantages serotypes O78, O2, O9, and O24four advantages serotype strains systemseedlings strain, developed a multivalent inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine, Experimental animal vaccinetesting and a variety of day-old non-immune chicken. The results showed: Escherichia coli developed theirown seedlings, Good stability, The various traits indicators are in line with requirements,Immune to goodeffect. The chicken farm field regression immunoassay, Their own seedlings has good protective effect.
