In this experiment, straw and cow dung and agricultural waste resources as raw materials to do the culture medium, exploring different formulations the substrates organic matter cultivation of oilseed rape and pakchoi root activity, chlorophyll content, yield and quality analysis of the impact to explore for rape and pakchoi and other leafy vegetables grown substrates formulation to provide a theoretical basis for the production of practice. In the straw ratio test, With the increase of straw ratio, bulk density decreased gradually, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen decreased gradually, the content of effective phosphorus and available potassium increased. The porosities are between68%-84%, consistent with the requirements of an ideal substrates. In PT7, PT6, PT2(corn straw:peat as three ratio of1:3,1:2and1:1) indicators closest to the PT1(peat).Application of fertilizer agent (NPK-CM) can significantly speed up the straw decomposition and nutrient release rate, decreasing C/N, increasing the activity of roots and increasing the content of chlorophyll in leaves. Fertilization can significantly increase the ratio of plant height, improving the yield and quality of vegetables, vegetable nutrient absorption proportion.Organic fertilizer can significantly increase the substrate nutrient content. With the increasing of organic fertilizer, the root vigor of pakchoi root activity increased gradually. The average root activity of organic fertilizer45%maximum is66.48UG·g-1h-1. Organic fertilizer15%-NPK treatment significantly increased the chlorophyll content of leaf and organic fertilizer15%substrates in fertilizer significantly increased the chlorophyll content of leaves.PT6-15%-NPK, PT6-30%-NPK and PT2-45%three treatments had the higher yield (PT6:=2:1PT2straw stalk peat, peat:=1:1). Substrates PT2(corn straw:peat=1:1) treatment, the yield of pakchoi were linearly correlated with the dosage of organic fertilizer, in PT6treatment, the yield of pakchoi significantly two correlation with organic manure, yield increased first and then decreased The comprehensive evaluation substrates and the physicochemical properties of vegetable index, PT2-45%-NPK (straw:peat as organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer combined with45%1:1n) and PT6-15%-NPK (straw:peat as organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer combined with15%2:1n) two higher yield substrates formula effect better, the quality of vegetables.
