In order to obtain the cold resistance varieties of camellia that is suitable forZhengzhou, this experiment respectively uses different varieties of camellia in vitro ofblade material by introduction to Zhengzhou, in the state of nature and humanphysiological index were measured under different low temperature stress, the coldresistance of different varieties camellia sort, for cold resistance varieties, andpreliminary attempt the rapid propagation techniques, the main results are as follows:1. After the statistics of preservation rate from2011-09to2012-03experiencing lowtemperature, we can get the results:The preservation rate of Leaf seven star is the highest in5varieties of Camellia。Leaf seven star is suitable for planting in Zhengzhou.The preservationrate of Qiao Ye seven star、Seven Star and Camellia nitidissima Chi is samplly thesame,beside50%.They are all suitable for planting in Zhengzhou.2. Under the two kinds of condition that natural and artificial low-temperature stress,the result that cold hardiness physiology index of different varieties camellia isslightly different, the reason may be that the temperature of natural materials ishigher than the artificial simulation under the condition of low temperature, whenthe role of hardiness indexes failed to adequately: free proline, soluble protein,SOD is the major indexes of the camellia cold hardiness, and can be used foreffective evaluation of five varieties of cold hardiness under natural state; Throughartificial low-temperature stress on different varieties camellia hardiness research,free proline, chlorophyll, MDA is the major indexes of the camellia cold hardiness,and can be used for effective evaluation of five varieties of cold hardiness.Principal component analysis finally concluded five different varieties of camelliafight cold ability for: the results under two different conditions shows thathardiness of Camellia hiemalis is best. As the degree of low temperature, coldresistance of seven stars series is better than gold plate. 3. The suitable time of cuttage for Camellia is mid to late June. the most suitablematrix is perlite: lime, sand=1:1:1, the most suitable way of splicing is keep thewhole leaf, and it has promote role with the treatment of auxin solution. The besttime for sampling of tissue culture is mid-May or late-July, early-August, theeffect of segmented disinfection is good. The best combination of effects of thehormone is NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA2mg/L.
