Fertilization pattern that adjusts measures to local conditions being greatly promoted inChina provides wider development space for bulk blending fertilizer industry. Customers arebecoming more and more strict with equipments of bulk blending fertilizer. The thesis carriesout the research in this background. It researches production equipments of bulk blendingfertilizer that meet market demand according to development trend of production equipments.It improves precision of blending fertilizer by study and improvement of the existingequipments and achieves the goal that equipments have simple structure and lower cost. Theequipments are easy to handle and low cost of maintenance, so they live up to the needs of allthe customers.Frame structure of equipments, the feeding device, the storing device, the weighingdevice and the blending device are designed and researched in the thesis. This thesis uses thenewest method that equipments blend a bag of fertilizers everytime. Fertilizers are placed infeeding device. Feeding device is lifted to top of storing device with a chain drive. Aircylinder opens arch-gate of feeding device. Fertilizers fall into corresponding storing device.Then, feeding device gets back quickly. One feeding action is over. Meanwhile, air cylinderopens floodgate of storing device. The floodgate closes after fertilizers falling. The weighingdevice has a quantitative weighing of falling fertilizers. Sensor detects quality of fertilizersfalling into belt anytime and make a comparison with set point. When measured value is sameas set point, equipments work properly. Otherwise, equipments stop work. Several kinds ofquantitative fertilizers are transmitted to the blending device with belt. The blending devicestarts work. Air cylinder opens discharge door of blending device when fertilizers are mixedwell. Falling fertilizers can be placed in the bag. Next operating cycle starts.Three dimensional models of all components are established with SolidWorks softwarein the thesis. Stress and deformation of frame and important shaft plug are analyzed withANSYS software. Equipments with the features of compounding fertilizers, blendingfertilizers, packing fertilizers are based on summing up and absorbing previous achievements.Structure is compact with small floor area. It is convenient to move and has low energyconsumption. Meanwhile, the thesis provides some guidance for future studies.
