Studies On Present Status And Countermeasures Of The Agricultural Aviation Development

Nowadays, there were over30000agricultural aircraft in about70countries around world, and operation area was about20%of the total planting area. American was a country owned the most agricultural aircraft,near10000agricultural aircraft, and about60%pesticide spraying and fertilization operation was accomplished by these agricultural aircrafts. According to the study results about the development of agricultural aviation at home and abroad, agricultural aviation with characteristics of the applicability, efficiency, reliability, timeliness had developed rapidly in many countries and been an important symbol of modernization of agricultural production.About20million ha field and several billion forest needed to control pests and diseases in our country. The situation of agricultural aviation was not optimistic, although some success had been achieved in the controlling pest and diseases field of agricultural aviation. There were about997general aircrafts, near13%of total aircraft,0.5aircraft per million people, according to the data from civil aviation secretary for transport, general Aviation Department, China. There are7sever stations of agricultural aviation in our country, only on station in Shandong Province. Meanwhile, the lower utilization level, the limited marking, slower increase speed and other obstacles were the constraint factor of our agricultural aviation.The requirement of agricultural aviation increased yearly with the development of agricultural production and agricultural machine in our country. According to the statistics data, about40million t food losted yearly, the loss rate of cotton,vegetable and fruit were24%、20%、20%respectively.The investigation results showed that the slow development of agricultural aviation was from several aspacts. So based on the question in the development of agricultural aviation in our country, some advice have been advanced. To speed up the pace of our agricultural aviation, increase the pace of development in the agricultural aviation, catch up and surpass the level of developed countries and attribute to the economic construction and social development of our country, the government should take some measures to face and resolve the puzzle by cooperation of multi-sector, policy support, science and technology security and system innovation and so on.
