| This dissertation investigated effects of larval stages, temperature, salinity, starvationand diets on digestive enzyme activities. It was studied that effects of temperature, salinity and starvation on immune factors of total hemocyte count, hemocyaninconcentration and lysozyme system activities in Oratosquilla oratoria. The resultsshowed:1〠Effects of growth stage to O.oratoria on digestive enzyme activityActivities of digestive enzymes from larval Oratosquilla oratoria Ⅲ-Ⅺ andpo-stlarvae were analyzed during its ontogenetic development. The results showed thatthere were3different pattems in the activities of5digestive enzymes.Amylaseactivity was increasing firstly and reaching a peak at Ⅴ stage;it decreased again inthe subsequent larvae. The activities of pepsin, trypsase and lipase increased, whilecellulase activity decreased. The activity of lipase was fairly low.A/T ratio wasdecreased gradually.2〠Effects of temperature and salinity to O.oratoria on digestive enzyme activityIt was showed that protease, amylase and lipase activity was increasing firstly and thendecreasing when salinity rose from18to39;cellulase activity fluctuated after reachinga peak.Cellulase, pepsin, lipase activity was highest at salinityof27,amylase,trypsin activity was highest at salinity of30.3〠Effects of starvation to O.oratoria on digestive enzyme activityIt was showed that digestive enzyme activities increased firstly and then decreasedwith starvation time increasing.Pepsin activity reached its maximum on the thirdday;while other digestive enzymes reached its maximum on the first day. They allreached its minimum on the14th day.4〠Effects of diets to O.oratoria on digestive enzyme activityThe results showed that activities of amylase and cellulose were highest, activities ofprotease and lipase were lowest, and metamosphsis rate was lowest when feedingchlorella.Digestive enzyme activities of group which was feeding the artemia naupliienriched by chlorella were slightly higher than enzyme activitiesof group which wasfeeding chlore; Its metamosphsis rate was higher. Digestiveenzyme activities of groupwhich was feeding the enriched by rhodotorula benthica showed high activities inaddition to the lowest activity of cellulase during its larvae Ⅺ;It had a balancedimpact on digestive enzyme activity, and hadhigher metamosphsis rate.Themetamosphsis rate of feeding mysis was hingest, larval digestive enzyme activities besides amylase were higher, activities of proteaseand lipase were the largest.5〠Effects of temperature and salinity to O.oratoria on immune factorIt was showed that total hemocyte count, hemocyanin concentration and phosphataseactivity was increasing firstly and then decreasing when salinity rose from18to36.Acid phosphatase activity was highest at salinity of27,others werehighest atsalinity of30.Activities of catalase, lysozyme and superoxide dismutase was firstlydecreasing and then increasing.Lysozyme activity was lowestat salinity of27,otherswere lowest at salinity of30.Immune activities of immune factor was increasingfirstly and then decreasing when salinity rose from5℃to30℃in addition to thealkaline phosphatase, catalase, superoxide dismutase activities which were increasing.Total hemocyte count and hemocyanin concentration were highest at15℃, Acidphosphatase activity was highest at25℃, lysozyme activity was highest at20℃,others were highest at30℃.6〠Effects of starvation to O.oratoria on immune factorIt was showed that total hemocyte count, hemocyanin concentration and phosphataseactivity was increasing. They reached its minimum on the25th day.Activities ofcatalase, lysozyme and superoxide dismutase was firstly decreasing and thenincreasing. The catalase activity was highest on the5th day, others were highest on the10th day. |
