The experiment as raw material to agricultural waste, cow dung, straw, mushroomcompost,peat, vermiculite, slag and sand, dubbed in10different formulas in acertain proportion, and conducted substrate soilless cultivation in the greenhouse,and studied the effects of different matrix formulation on greenhouse tomatogrowth,physiology,yield and fruit quality,in order to filter out the cultivationsubstrate formula suitable for tomato growth, and draw the following conclusionsfrom study:1.The plant height, stem diameter, node, the number of fresh, dry weight andyield of all tests recipe handle are significantly higher than the CK, compared withCK, production increased by44-78%, and among the production of T9, T6, T5,T2, T4, T1respectively increased by77.9%,72.3%,65.4%,63.4%,61.3%,60.1%.2.T4, T6, T2, T1treatment of vitaminC and soluble sugar content is significantlyhigher than CK, and sugar-acid ratio is suitable, and the fruit quality is excellent.3. The net photosynthetic rate of the tomato plats of T8, T7, T6treatmentwas significantly higher than CK, improved11.5-3.3%. The Fv/Fm of the T2, T3, T7,T4, T10, T1treatment was significantly higher than CK, higher than5.6-1.8%.The quantum efficiency of the CK, T8treatment is low, and plats suffer adversity stress. The ФPS Ⅱ of T2, T4, T1, T3, T6, T8treatment were significantly higher than CK, improved20.0-7.2%.4. After planting tomato100d, all test formulation matrix EC values were lower, decline46.0-79.4%; The pH of nine treatments decreased except the T1treatment, it may berelated tothe secretion of acidic substances tomato.
