Paddy field ecological new technology combined with the aquatic plants, theaquatic animals, micro-organisms, make full use of paddy field space, optothermal, land and water resource, biological resources, And applying modern science andtechnology, the planting, breeding and relevant processing ably combined to form themany species coexistence, multi-level configuration, multilevel energy circulationtransformation of the stereo cultivation and breeding model. Paddy planting andraising mode make paddy field limited water and land resources, rich space, optothermal resource coordinates, to realize the economic benefit, social benefit andecological benefits is harmonious and unified.Rice-carb culture system is relatively mature paddy cultivation and breedingmodel, has shows its great advantages in production and development potential. Themodel make full use of rice-carb mutualistic symbioses, carb foraging, ruffle paddysoil, destory waterweed seedings, predation injurious insect larva in paddy field, whilepaddy field offer living environment for carb. Rice-carb culture system achieve onefield dual-use, one water dual-use, one field overcharged, make full improve land-useratio, to realize rice and carb bumper. Rice-carb culture system can ameliorate ricefield aquatic ecological environment, increase soil effective nutrition, promote ricegrowth and development, improve resource utilization rate, ameliorate cultivationstructure, increase rural income, etc. Paddy field ecological new technology breedingcarb in rice field, due to introduce carb, paddy field ecological environment changed, including soil physical and chemical properties, soil nutrient, soil microbes, aquaticecological environment, and space resource, etc. Rice-crab ecological breeding modelstudy mainly focused on the crab stocking density, rice growth, yield, waterenvironment and plankton, etc. But the research on soil physical and chemical traitsqualitative and quantitative were less reported, especially with regard to ricecultivation density has not been reported, The production and efficiency mechanism research for crab-rice field lack of relevant scientific basis. Therefore, we hadresearch on the effects of different rice cultivation patterns on soil physical andchemical properties, soil nutrient, rice growth and crabs growth, observed soilphysical and chemical indexes change rule, the growth index of rice and crabschanges. The research about effect of different rice cultivation patterns on paddy fieldsoil aggregate, coacervate, pH, soil organic matter, soil total N, soil alkali-hydrolysisN, soil available P, soil available K, rice tiller, rice biomass production, rice stemcharacters, rice yield composition, carb and rice paddies comprehensive economicbenefits. Four treatments were designed, i.e. one seeding per hill in rice-carb, twoseeding per hill in rice-carb, four seeding per hill in rice-carb, and two seeding per hillin rice. Each treatment set four parallel. Carb bait protein content of about32%,feeding at4pm and Feeding amount for crabs generally3%~5%of body weight, Themain research results are as follows:1.Compared with conventional paddy fields, results showed that rice-carb paddyfields can reduced soil aggregate, increase the number of larger aggregates(>0.2mm),reduced the content of smaller aggregates(<0.002mm)significantly, improved soilaggregates level, and adjust the soil pH value to7, increased18%soil organicsignificantly, the soil total N content were not significantly affected, while soilalkali-hydrolysis N, available P, available K were improved at mature stage. differentcultivation patterns had not significantly affect on the soil physical and chemicalproperties and nutrition.2.Compared with conventional paddy fields, results showed that rice-carb paddyfields can increase0.17tiller per hill,3.3%Biomass production and11.5%rice yield, rice stem characters were not significantly affected, Seed setting rate and grainnumber per panicle were significantly affected. different cultivation patterns had notsignificantly affect on rice-carb paddy fields, the size of four seedings per hill for thebiomass production was highest, rice stem characters with the density increasedecreasing trend of change, the treatment of one seeding per hill increased grainnumber per panicle by6~26, seed setting rate by1.2%~3.6%and1000-grain weightby1.5%~3.3%,juvenile carb survival and total output were highest, respectively.Based on economic benefits, the optimal cultivation patterns was one seeding per hill.
