| Effects of Regulated deficit irrigation(RDI) on soil moisture content〠waterconsumption characteristicã€growth characteristicã€photosynthesis characteristicã€yieldand quality of greenhouse grape was studied during May to December in2012inZhangye Irrigation Experiment Station, in order to provide basis for irrigation system ofgreenhouse grape under delayed cultivation that save water, improve quality and increaseefficiency. The results showed that:(1) Daily water consumption intensity of delayed cultivation grape showed a trend:minimum-increase-decrease-maximum-decrease. Because of transpiration was veryweak in the sprout stage, daily water consumption intensity was minimum;grape growedvigorousã€branches and leaves growed the most flourishing in fruit enlargementperiod,so water consumption and daily water consumption intensity reached maximum.RDI had a big influence on daily water consumption intensity,so daily waterconsumption intensity of regulated deficit treatment was very low in growth period ofRDI,and it also had effects on daily water consumption intensity of next growth periodafter RDI. Regulated deficit treatment in pumping vine period showed a strong watercompensation effect in flowering period.(2) RDI was beneficial to the growth of stem diameter and plant height of grape, thestem diameter and plant height of the treatments under water stress was higher than thatof the control, leaf area index showed a trend that went up and declined later, Maximumof all the treatments appeared in fruit enlargement period, the stem diameter, plant heightof insufficient water supply in germination period were maximum.(3) The change of net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr) and stomatalconductance (Gs) showed a double-peak curve, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of thetreatments under water stress was higher than that of the control. However theintercellular CO2concentration (Ci) of the treatments under water stress decreasedobviously than it and ranked from high to low, according to the successive order of waterstress, the moderate regulated deficit in the sprout stage had the highest WUE. The analysis of the photosynthetic indexes related that the correlation coefficient of the netphotosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance under regulated deficit was higher thancontrast treatment, this showed that a certain water stress made the plant itself enhancethe ability of regulating environment through the stomatal.(4) Insufficient water supply in the germination period could increase irrigationwater use efficiency, yield,VC and the total sugar content of grape, reduce titratable acidcontent, that was to say tasted best. RDI could improve appearance quality of delayedgrapevine, the single fruit weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter ofinsufficient water supply in flowering period was maximum, but it was easy to decreaseyield.Insufficient water supply in fruit enlargement period decreased yield seriously, which compared with the control treatment had significant differences, it should becaused enough attention in cultivation management.(5) We comprehensively taken five aspects that is the growth index, water useefficiency, irrigation water use efficiency, yield and quality into account, insufficientwater supply in the germination period was the best treatment, its irrigation system wasthe optimal in this experiment,so it should be recommend to taken into practice. |
