Fiber crops are the most important economic fiber crop, and jute and kenaf are the maximum yield of the fiber crop, while high yield and disease resistance kenaf hybrids used in production practice, nor jute. There is great significance to breed new germplasm of excellent traits by wide hybridization and other assistant selection in Jute and kenaf. This research is divided into two parts:First, the main traits in hybriding F1, F2, F3BCi, F4generation,and SRAP in hybriding F1, F2,which were combinated with Corchoru capsularis as female parent and Corchorus olitorius as male parent, were identificated. Through mutual grafting on rootstock of each parents in low-generation, were improved cross-compatibility of two hybridization. It’s possible that we could cultivate male sterile plants and realize the three lines combination and heterosis production and utilization in jute. Second, backcrossing rate of different materials and chromosome of root tips in F1, which were combinated with "Jinqiandiaofurong"(H. rodintus) as female parent and F3B as male parent, were identificated.Theoretical basis were provided for creating new germplasm and breeding new varieties of high yield, high-quality and high resistance in kenaf. The main results obtained are as follows:1. The main traits of plant height, pitch number, leaf width, leaf shape, fruit width in F1, and fruit width in F2and F4, fruit length and thousand seed weight in BC1,which were hybridized with "Zhongyinhuangma No.1"(Corchoru capsularis)as female parent and "Zhonghuangma No.l"(Corchorus olitorius)"Meifang No.4","179","971" as male parent, were apt to female parent; the fruit width and thousand seed weight were apt to the female parent, but the fruit leagth and fruit shape between the parents. The backcrossing rate was range from4%to75%in hybrid F2, F3and BC1, which was increased with generation increased; it was indicated that cross-compatibility was improved in hybrids and paternal "Zhonghuangma No.l" with generation increased.2. The fruit width was apt to the female parent, the fruit length and fruit shape were between the parents, According to the pollen colonoscopy in F2, numbers of male sterile plants had been screened, which were hybrids of hy19-5and hy21-5in F1; fruit length was apt to male parent in fewer of F1combinations and screening of F2sterile plant, the main traits of fruit length, fruit shape and thousand seed weight etc F3generation were apt to male parent. These combinations were apt to male parent in the main traits of all generations, that’s easier accessed to male sterile plant.3. It was chosen to probe genome polymorphism based on SRAP in F1and F2.15pairs of primer produces113bands,98polymorphic bands, and the genetic similarity coefficient is between0.0946and0.7802in F1.which was0.3293between the ’Zhonghuangma No.1’ and "Zhongyinhuangma No.1".Genetic distance is the shortest between "Zhongyinhuangma No.l" and hy09-1, and the same as’Zhonghuangma No.1’and hy09-21;16pairs of primer produces88bands,64polymorphic bands, and the genetic similarity coefficient is between0.3846and0.7759in F2, which was0.3262. Genetic distance of hy19-5and hy21-5(3) is the minimum, and the same as the male parent and hy21-5.The results of cluster analysis were consistent with the main agronomic traits in F1and F2.4. The hybrid was obtained, which were combinated with "Jinqiandiaofurong"(H. rodintus) as female parent and F3B as male parent, and root tip chromosome was observed in KY4, whose number was49. The rang of t backcrossing rate of different materials:K03=722>F3=763B=917>11-83>L23B> P3B.
