Cordyceps Militaris. which is the type species of Cordyceps, is one of the most important rare traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Nowadays,as people’s recognition of the health care function of Cordyceps Militaris, the improving of the quality requirements,, the market demand continues increasing and the deepening of the research and development, the scale of cultivation has also been expanding.But,for a long time,due to its volatile yield and quality and serious degradation, which restricts the development of the industry of Cordyceps Militaris. This study was on the basis of conventional culture techniques,which magnetized water was used to confect the culture medium to culture Cordyceps militaris, significantly increased its production,cordycepin,cordyceps acid and polysaccharide content.The results were as follows:(1) Using magnetized water to culture the stock seed of Cordyceps militaris, which was treated for9times on ordinary water with field strength of0.10T、0.25T、0.40T.while treating the series connection (SC)3times, in flow velocity for1.0m·s-1and the distance of30cm,respectively. The colony growth rate have been improved in all treatments. In0.4T treatment.the colony growth rate was3.67mm·d-1,which increased5.38%compared with the contrast,is the optimum magnetized water for stock seed cultivation.(2)During the liquid culture process, using the0.1T magnetized water can significantly improve the amylase activity, the highest activity was44.8U,34.94%higher compared with the contrast.However,the0.4T magnetized water can significantly improve the activity of polyphenol oxidase and protease, advance the time of protease activity peak simultaneously. In the0.4T treatment, the polyphenol oxidase activity was23.0U, which increased16.75%compared with the contrast.the protease activity was up to68.1U,38.98%higher than the contrast. At the same time.during the liquid culture stage.the rest of magnetized water can also promote the secretion of the three extracellular enzymes,and increase in its activity corresponding.(3) Using different magnetic field strength and treated methods of magnetized water liquid culture of Cordyceps militaris, can increase the dry weight of mycelium, cordycepin, cordyceps acid and polysaccharide content.The0.4T treatment has the highest mycelial dry weight and cordyceps acid content of1.50g·100mL-1and69.32mg g-1, increased27.12%and22.93%compared with the contrast,respectively. The0.25T treatment was favorable for cordycepin production of Cordyceps militaris,which the content was up to3.32mg·g-1,16.49%higher than the contrast. In0.1T treatment treatment has the highest mycelium polysaccharide content of36.30mg/g, which increased18.32%compared with the contrast.(4) In the solid cultivation process of Cordyceps militaris we have also received a similar conclusion with liquid culture.Under the same condition,the0.4T treatment was favorable for and cordycepic acid production and fruiting body growth,in this treatment biological efficiency was up to78.51%and the cordyceps acid content was60.49mg·g-1,which increased7.29%and15.37%compared with the contrast,respectively. The0.25T treatment was favorable for cordycepin production of Cordyceps militaris,which cordycepin content was3.15mg·g-111.31%higher than the contrast.The0.1T treatment was favorable for polysaccharide production in the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris, which has the content of34.28mg·g-1and increased14.80%compared with the contrast.
