According to the existing problem of corn precision seeding technology on the membrane,a new typeof clamping precision corn seed metering device was developed, based on the clamping principle. Studiedon the combination of research methods of theoretical analysis,computer simulation and experimental.First, using theoretical analysis method to study the material properties of the existing corn seeds.According to the properties of material corn seeds and corn planting technology demand on the membrane,innovative design of structure of the clamping precise dibbling wheel.Secondly, by utilizing the method of dynamics, kinematics analysis, dynamic analysis of seedfulfilling,seed clearing and seed discharge.And then, according to the result of test and theory analysis, determine the structure of clampingprecise corn seed dibbling wheel on the membrane and shape and size parameters of its working parts,virtual prototype model was built by solidworks, motion simulation under the environment of Adams,obtained working conditions of dibbling wheel under certain removal performance.Finally, according to the results of computer simulation improve the project prophase prototype model,experimental study on the improved test model. Using orthogonal test method to improve the prototype todo the following work:①The length of the impact on working performance;②Opening degree of the impact on working performance;③The width of the impact on working performance;④The distance between the seed picking and vaccination Cup impact on working performance;⑤Analysis of the performance of the prototype, based on the test results of the prototype to make thenecessary improvements, and field trials;Experimental design and statistical analysis to optimize the design of the test model to determine thebest combination of factors levels.The main results of this study are:1. Corn seed testing and analysis of the material properties, get themeasurements for size, weight, density, moisture content, dynamic friction coefficient etc;2. Usingclamping principle, obtain corn seed materials characteristics, innovative design the original precisionDibble wheel, to get the clamping precise corn seed dibbling wheel son the membrane structure andparameters;3. Produced precision Dibble wheel prototype, and get Dibble wheel working process(including the charge species, clear species, protecting species and dropping) for analysis, and theestablishment of a mathematical model of the the Dibble wheel working process;4.Draw the virtualprototype model and using ADAMS software to have the motion simulation, making virtual mechanicalsystem statics, kinematics and dynamics analysis, to output displacement, velocity, acceleration andreaction curve to predict the mechanical system performance, range of motion, collision detection, and soon;5. After test, optimize the structure parameters of the prototype, the main factors to determine seedingperformance impact on wheel, the optimal structure of dibble wheel.
