Natural rubber is an important industrial raw materials and strategic materials, and the security level of it is related to the safety and the economic development in a country or a region. It with steel, petroleum, coal is known as the four major industrial materials and natural rubber has become an important pillar industry in the tropical areas of china. In recent years, with the rapid development of rubber industry, and the expanding of rubber tree planting area, rubber tree plant diseases and insect pests increased increasingly in Hainan and Yunnan provinces and other rubber production areas. And it has gradually become the most prominent and important problem of the rubber production. Parasaissetia nigra Nietner is a kind of scale insect which outbreaks widely in recent years in Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province. Parasaissetia nigra Nietner with Piercing-sucking mouthparts sucks sap of rubber trees and it makes the dry rubber yield greatly reduced, the leaf abscission and yellowing, or even the atrophy and exsiccation of shoots. In2004, because of the destruction of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner, the rubber damaged area in Yunnan reached40000hectares, and only in Xishuangbanna area, dry rubber yield decreased by11.5%than the same period in previous years years. In the areas Parasaissetia nigra Nietner destroyed badly, dry rubber yield decreased more than25%and the destruction had a great impact and caused enormous economic losses in Hainan and Yunnan where the rubber is as the pillar industry. At present, Parasaissetia nigra Nietner has become a major pest of rubber production, and its harm is far more than other plant diseases and insect pests. This paper is the study of biological control means Parasaissetia nigra Nietner, Parasaissetia nigra Nietner natural enemy insects using artificial propagation technique, hoping to enable a significant increase in the number of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner natural enemies. The main natural enemies of this study are:Metaphycus parasaissetiae, Coccophagus ceroplastae, Crematogaster rogenhoferi. Through the experiment, study Parasaissetia nigra Nietner at different temperatures, different environment, water and no water, under different types of pumpkin breeding, to find ways to raise Parasaissetia nigra suitable for biological control, behind the26to provide a large number of insect source. On Metaphycus parasaissetiae, Coccophagus ceroplastae under different temperature, different Parasaissetia nigra age, as well as complementary and not supplemental nutrition conditions to find ways to keep two kinds of parasitic wasp is suitable, the better method of artificial mass rearing of insects. Crematogaster rogenhoferi in the feed box, different feeding and feeding4nest to find better method. The results are as follows:1. Better method of artificial rearing of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner:The results are as follows:put Parasaissetia nigra Nietner at25℃, humidity70%~80%, parasitic in Hainan local secret pumpkin which is70%mature, green, long20~25cm,8-9cm diameter, under the conditions of water isolation protection, spraying water to prevent mildew, artificial cleaning body secretion of honeydew periodically, and with this method Parasaissetia nigra Nietner will grow more quickly and effectively.2.Better method of artificial rearing of Metaphycus parasaissetiaeThe results are as follows:let Metaphycus parasaissetiae parasitize in Parasaissetia nigra adult body, at the temperature of30℃, relative humidity70%-80%, adding10%glucose water feeding and it is a more suitable method for feeding Metaphycus parasaissetiae.3. Better method of artificial rearing of Coccophagus ceroplastae:The results are as follows:let Coccophagus ceroplastae parasitic in the three instar nymphs of Parasaissetia nigra Nietne which just form an adult body, and make the temperature at25℃, relative humidity70%-80%,and add10%glucose It is a more suitable method for feeding Coccophagus ceroplasta.4Better method of artificial rearing of Crematogaster rogenhoferiThe results are as follows:to raise Crematogaster rogenhoferi for the best in good feeding box of spacious, good air permeability, with litter grottoes, sand, and talcum powder, water isolation escape-proof protection. Crematogaster rogenhoferi like Tenebrio molitor, jelly, honey better, and because Tenebrio molito is easy to feed and jelly and honey are easy to obtain,so we may choose them as feed for feeding. Divided nests can make Crematogaster rogenhoferi from the1population into2or more than2populations, thereby expanding its reproduction.Looking for mass rearing better method Parasaissetia nigra Nietner, can establish a more rapid generation population of growth and reproduction, but also is convenient to observe the habits of Parasaissetia nigra Nietner, Parasaissetia nigra Nietner for biological control, provide a large number of insect source chemical control, help to push back the prevention research work for a large number of insect source preparation full. Looking for mass rearing better method of Metaphycus parasaissetiae, Coccophagus ceroplastae, Crematogaster rogenhoferi, can more effectively and quickly build generation population and a lot of growth and reproduction, establish factory production, effective prevention of Parasaissetia nigra, to prevent the outbreak of large-scale, number of Parasaissetia nigra control within the rubber production economic domain and not the destruction of the environment and ecological balance.
