Observating main phenophase, growth character, fruit properties and yield traits offifteen mulberry varieties, then selecting seven mulberry varieties according to theobservations and research progress, after that determine their main composition and carry oncomprehensive evaluation,the results as follows:1、Mulberry began to sprout in early March and fallen leaves in early November. Yichuan hong and Tai wan46C019have longest growth period, Ao yu has shortest growthperiod; They are divided into early maturity varieties, medium varieties and late varietiesaccording to the fruit maturity, Ning xia hong、Da10、Lv shen zi、8632、Yi chuan hong、Bai yu wang、Hong bao shi are early maturity varieties, Hong guo2hao、Bei fang hong、Hongguo1hao are medium varieties, Ao yu、Tian sheng1hao、Tai wan460019、Ri ben hu cheng、Tai wan72C002are late varieties; They are divided into long fruiting, medium fruiting andshort fruiting according to fruiting length, Da10、Bai yu wang、Hong bao shi、Yi chuan hongare ong fruiting varieties, Tai wan460019、Tai wan72C002、Ao yu、Tian sheng1hao、Hongguo2hao、Hong guo1hao are medium fruiting varieties, Ning xia hong、Bei fang hong、Ri ben hu cheng、Lv shen zi、8632are short fruiting varieties; Mulberry’s color is divided intopurple and white jade.2、Mulberry growth results characteristics have certain differences, Da10、Yi chuanhong、 Hong bao shi、Bei fang hong、Ri ben hu cheng、Bai yu wang、8632、Hong guo1hao、Hong guo2hao、 Tian sheng1hao can be used as a fruit and leaf to plant; Tai wan72C002can be used as the variety of fruit production to plant; but Tai wan46C019、Ning xiahong、Ao yu, their yields are low, growth potential is weak. Fruit traits difference betweeneach type is significant.3、The results on the nutrition analysis of the7mulberry varieties in the fresh fruitsshowed that fruit is rich in nutrients, and a significant difference was found in between eachtype of various nutrients.4、Based on the principal component analysis, nutritional indexes can be converted intofour principal components, comprehensive evaluation of mulberry fruit nutritional valueaccording to the principal component, the result shows that the nutritional value order is Tian sheng1hao、Hong guo1hao、Tai wan72C002、Yi chuan hong、8632、Ri ben hu cheng、Bai yu wan5、 According to the mulberry phenophase, agronomic characters, comprehensiveevaluation of nutritional value, we can infer that Tian sheng1hao、Hong guo1hao、Tai wan72C002have excellent yield and quality, are suitable for promotion in the Yangling region,have good prospects for cultivation.
