| In Changji City Ashili Township, the test select Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type) of the non-breedingseason as the research object, carry on estrus synchronization using the combination of progesteronesuppository with PMSG, aim at improving the reproductive rates,increasing slaughter rate, reducingproduction costs and increasing economic benefits in the ewe.473Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type) aretested three replicates(3test implementation time by February2009and October2010respectively, June2010) in the non-reproductive season. The Rearing method is grazing. The50days of postpartum beginburied bolt for Chinese Merino, while injecting progesterone preparations1mL by intramuscular injection,then14days retreat bolt, meanwhile injecting PMSG500IU to each ewe. After24hours, at6:00and18:00,test with the teaser ram every day, start checking estrus after30hours. oestrus ewes were mated two timesafter the third day. Statistics the number of estrus sheep in the first15or17days after mating. Non-estrusewes were examined by B-ultrasound after60days. According to the results to statistic Annunciationsituation and calculate conception rate. The results show that: first estrus of the three repeated tests were64.00%,87.50%,75.68%; rate of re-estrus were36.00%,12.50%, and24.32%; the rate of pregnancy were75.5%,88.64%and80.00%,respectively. The tests showed that using of estrus synchronizationtechnology to fine-wool sheep under grazing conditions in the non-breeding season can succeed estrusovulation induction, higher estrus and economic benefits. The method can provide technical guidance toincrease the income of the family ranch. |
