| As continuous improving and innovation in the feedstuff processing processtechnology, etention rate of heat-sensitive substances like vitamins in feedstuffprocessing process and storage has given rise to more and more attention ofresearchers. Abroad has had quantitative research, while domestic research is justbeginning, comprehensive quantitative and regularity studies becomes particularlyimportant. The gradually popularizing and applying extrusion process, and traditionalparticle processing, are two kinds of commonly used feed production technologycurrently in domestic feed industry. It is of great significance to master the vitaminschange low in processing and storage to impove process and mixmize the remainingrate in feed.The paper is divided into four parts. A brief introduction of research background,feed crafts and vitamins is made in the first part; secondly, different adding form ofVitamin C in dry puffing processing are determinated to find the best adding form.Then determinat Vitamin C phosphate in feed produced by wet puffing processing andring mold particle processing; thirdly, it determinats the four fat-soluble vitamins infeeds of above-mentioned two processings; lastly, combinding with manufacturingequipment, technological process and machining parameters of wet puffingprocessing and ring mold particle processing,according to the results determinatedbefore,outcrop an effective way miximize the titer and nutritional value of vitamins infeed on the basis of processing techology status quo and development prospects offeed processing.1ã€To determinate the content of Vitamin C in extrusion buoyancy feed withthree adding form:Vitamin C quartz, capsule Vitamin C and Vitamin C phosphate byHPLC method, the results shows that the difference of Vitamin C content before andafter processing is significance among different vitamin C adding form. It is arragedby loss extent as Vitamin C quartz> capsule Vitamin C>Vitamin C phosphate, the loss rate of Vitamin C quartz attains71.35%, while the Vitamin C phosphate is around17.59%. Meanwhile it is proved that sonication is effectual in capsule Vitamin Ctreatment.2ã€To determinate the content of vitamins between sinking extruded feed whichis produced by wet puffing processing and grass carp pellet feed by ring mold particleprocessing,make comparative analysis among these vitamins of different processingsectors and storage period. The results shows that the processing sectors arranges as:granulation>quenching and tempering>mixing according to the effect of remainingrate of vitamins. The loss rate of vitamins varies between the two processings, on thewhole ring mold particle processing made less loss rate, the loss rate of twoprocessings as follows: Vitamin C is79.18%and86.04%,Vitamin A is73.19%and85.54%,Vitamin D3is70.04%and84.11%,Vitamin E is70.60%and82.77%,VitaminK3is60.48%and77.13%. The discrepancy is small in storage period between the twoprocessings, the loss rate of vitamnins is ranged from3.23%to10.15%.3ã€According to the results determinated before, combine with manufacturingequipment, technological process and machining parameters of wet puffingprocessing and ring mold particle processing, it makes meticulous analysis andcomparison of the pramary processing sectors to outcrop an effective way miximizethe titer and nutritional value of vitamins in feed on the basis of processing techologystatus quo and development prospects of feed processing,lay a foundation forremaining and utilizing vitamins in feed. |
