| One of key assignments in irrigation and drainage system of Irrigation DistrictReconstruction is water profile design. This paper analyzes the weakness and developmentstatus of irrigation district reconstruction which has a strategic significance for the sustainabledevelopment in China. And chooses the Dragon Dam Irrigation District as an investigativesubject for researching the consequences on local head loss of the confluences, in respect ofcontrolling area and distance between adjacent channels. It is found that by adjusting thechannel distance when control area of drainage system keeps invariant, local head loss of theconfluences can reach the minimum. |
