mRNA expression of SCD、CAT、GPX and TPX in different tissue and after MC-LR stimulation in hepatopancreas and gills were determined using Real time quantitative RT-PCR analysis. SOD、CAT、GPX and TPX mRNA were expressed in every organizations, and the highest expressed level in hepatopancreas. the expression of the SOD、CAT、GPX and TPX in gills and hepatopancreas was inceased by MC-LR,and The high concentration group(100μg) is significantly inceased. the expression of the CAT are both the highest level in hepatopancreas and gills at12h,and the expression of the CAT is the highest level in Antioxidant genes.The full-length cDNA of HSP60of Hyriopsis cumingii contained2807bp, the cDNA contained a5’untranslated region (UTR) of69bp, the3’UTR of1031bp with a canonical polyadenylation signal sequence AATAAA and a polyA tail, and an open reading frame (ORF) of1707bp, encoding568amino acid residues with61kDa predicted molecular weight. The theoretical isoelectric point was5.63.There is a ATP/ADP binding site(D G V T V A K) and Substrate binding site (E G M K F D R G Y I S P Y) but can not have Signal peptide.Wo analysised it’s secondary atructure and the phylogenetic tree.HSP60and HSP70mRNA were expressed in every tissues,HSP60was the highest expressed level in Muscles,HSP70was the highest expressed level in gills.HSP60and HSP70expression level increased with the temperature lengthened at different temperature treatment, the maximum level were at35℃.The expression levels of HSP60were increased rapidly in blood and gills and HSP70were increased rapidy in gills at heat shock temperature(35℃).The HSP60levels were not significant increased, but HSP70levels were increased after cold stress(4℃、10℃).
