| In view of the current industrial production of light environment sprouts control basic theory research is weak, the in-depth study of the light system environment (light intensity, light quality, photoperiod) controls for two kinds of green soybean (Glycine max) sprouts growth, material metabolism, nutritional quality, the influence mechanism, etc in this paper on the basis of past research and combining with the results of other researchers. Research results will be comprehensive development sprouts industrialized production light environment control technology and application of basic theory research, promote safety and efficient light environment control technology is widely used in the production practice. It can make positive contribution for the sprouts industry, high efficiency, and high quality, green, and environmental protection, the objective of sustainable development. In addition, the research results will also expand the light theory of biology research, promote facilities cultivation, factory nursery etc light regulation mechanism and application of the technical system development, and for the research and development facility culture series light environment control products provide the scientific basis.1. This paper studied the effects of light intensity on the growth and n quality of two kinds of green soybean sprouts. The hypocotyls length and aboveground fresh mass was inhibited significantly when light intensity was more than15μmol·m-2·s-1.Under the light intensity of0-15μmol·m-2·s-1, the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid were increased remarkably. And the content approached the steady state when light intensity was more than30μmol·m-2·s-1. The content of soluble protein, amino acid, soluble sugar and sucrose of’NanNong10-2’was increased significantly in μmol·m-2·s-1light intensity. The content of soluble protein and soluble sugar of ’NanNong07C-2’was increased significantly in15μmol·m-2·s-1light intensity and its VC, soluble protein and sucrose was increased significantly in30μmol·m-2·s-1light intensity. Light intensity can increase the content of isoflavonoids significantly. The response tendency to light intensity of the two kinds of green soybean sports were on the whole the same. The results suggested that the light intensity of15-30μmol·m-2·s-1could be more benefit to the growth of green soybean sprouts. 2. Effects of different light qualities generated from light emitting diodes (LED) on the growth and quality of two kinds of green soybean sprouts ’Nanong10-2’ and ’Nanong07C-2’were studied in this paper. Fluorescent light was used as the control. Blue light significantly increased aboveground fresh mass and hypocotyls diameter of the green soybean sprouts and inhibite root length. The content of soluble sugar and sucrose of green soybean sprouts was increased significantly under red LED, but the diameter was inhibited. Under the FR:R=2:1, chlorophyll carotenoid content were increased remarkably. The content of soluble protein and isoflavonoids was increased significantly under blue LED and UV-B. The content of VC was increased significantly under R:B=7:1. Generally, the blue LED could be more benefit to the growth and quality of green soybean sprouts.3. Used the blue LED as the light source, this paper used the blue LED as the light source to researched the differences of the growth and quality of two kinds of green soybean sprouts ’Nanong10-2’and’Nanong07C-2’when under4,8,12,16,20h-d-1. The results show that:Extended photoperiod can inhibit hypocotyl and root elongation of green soybean sprouts significantly. When photoperiod was more than8h-d-1, the fresh mass was inhibited significantly and the dry mass was increased significantly. Extended photoperiod can significantly increase the content of chlorophyll, VC and isoflavonoids content, but significantly reduce the free amino acid content. The response tendency to photoperiod of the two kinds of green soybean sports were on the whole the same. The results suggested that the photoperiod of12-16h-d-1could be more benefit to the growth of green soybean sprouts. |
