The Countermeasure Analysis Of Agricultural Mechanization Education Training In Jiangsu Province

At present, Chinese agriculture and the rural economy has entered a new development stage. But with the sustainable development of the agriculture and the rural economy, it put forward a higher demands for agricultural talents. As the material basis of agricultural mechanization construction, no matter in the protection of human resources for the agricultural development, or in the construction of the industrialization of agriculture and agricultural products processing as well as agricultural services, it is inseparable from The development of agricultural machinery talents.Agricultural mechanization education training is the important content of the system of agricultural mechanization service promotion. In recent years, the agricultural mechanization training work of Jiangsu province was around the farm machinery industry occupation skill training, sunshine project, the update training of farm machinery popularization personnel knowledge, tractor driving training, agricultural occupation skills contest, organizations and institutions of specific types of workers and service skill level technical training assessment, various types of teacher training and so on.The agricultural machinery education and training work is showing continued, rapid, and healthy development trend. But it also has some problems, such as less investment in training, the aging of training institutions’ equipment, the low level of training teachers and the imbalance of training development.In this article, through the questionnaire and analysis method, we analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign agricultural education and training. From the actual conditions of the farm mechanization in Jiangsu province education training, and through the design of questionnaire, we conducted a research of agriculture machinery practitioners in Jiangsu province, especially agriculture machinery user, as well as education and training institutions of agricultural mechanization. Through the questionnaire, we also had a research on the condition of agricultural mechanization education and training, training mode. Combined with the analysis of the agricultural machinery team and training needs, the agricultural mechanization education training institutions and the occupation skill appraisal situation on the agricultural machinery, it elaborated the problems of agricultural mechanization we have in education training in Jiangsu province, and further explored new ways and mode in the education and training system of agricultural mechanization in Jiangsu province.It puts forward the development principles of agricultural education and training, some suggestions for sustainable development, further improvement of the awareness on agricultural mechanization training, the improvement of farmer training enthusiasm, the strengthen of the training institutions, the infrastructure construction, improvement of school conditions, updating of the concept, improving the quality of training, strengthen the construction of teachers training institutions. All was around agricultural mechanization project training, in order to widen the thought and carry out cooperation of political(school) and enterprises. The article aims to strengthen the competition of agricultural industry, develop modern agriculture, prosperous rural economics, increase farmers’income, and offer strong talent support for the construction of socialistic new rural area.
