| On the basis of fertilizer that land need,mixed variable fertilization machine control three fertilizer tanks to fertilize separately and to achieve precise mixing ratio of various fertilizer ingredients.The three major components of the mixed variable rate fertilizer are part of the electronic control system,fertilizer opening precise control and mixing machinery parts.According to known soil fertility information,the electronic control system for hybrid variable rate fertilizer will solve the problem of cornmunication,storage,decision making and implementation.In addition,tassisted human-machine interfaces and debugs parts is necessary.To solve the above problems,the subject carry out the following work.1.Build the information communication and storage section of fertilization machine.In order to improve the farmland environment and the stability of the vehicle data communications,this can be achieved by subjecting CAN bus communication and SD card storage solutions.In specific implementation,the system includes five nodes,SD card,GPS, three fertilizer nodes.Variable fertilizing machine can be operated through the four nodes of information,transmission,storage and display.Taking advantage of the SD card,such as high speed and capacity suitable for high security,developers can easily deal with the processing of documents and data storage to achieve data visualization.2.Control motor speed precisely.GPS node notifies the current location information of machine.While, the SD node take a small piece soil fertility data from SD card and transfer it to fertilizer node through the CAN bus.Where as the fertilizer node associate data and motor speed,so as to control the amount of fertilizer.After the completion of the fertilization of a small piece of land, SD card node will mark it,to avoid duplication.3.Design vehicle status display interface.Transplant μC/GUI,user graphics support source code that is widely used in embedded field.This code supports any type of microcontroller and any type of LCD,and using the STM32microcontroller higher operating frequency.The electronic control system can smooth a3.2inch LCD to show vehicle speed,location information,and a vehicle with respect to the location information of the field origin. 4.Debug CAN communication part,SD card storage part,the GPS part and μC/GUI part,entire electronic system simulate vehicle work in the field and complete experimental verification.This control system can communicate smoothly,reads from or write into SD card is correct and in high speed control system are up to good operating results.The device can be stable and reliable operation has a good practical application prospects. |
