| Tulipa gesneriana L is perennial herbaceous plants belonged toLilium in Tulipa, is the famous bulb flowers in world. Chosen"Apeldoorn" as experimental material in this experiment, chosen sixculture substrates to study the effect of different culture substrate on tuliporgans development, propagation coefficient, commodity rate and dryweight, circumference, water content, starch, sucrose, reducing sugar, the change of SS and SPS vitality of regenerated bulbs in differentgrowing stage. In addition, to study the effect of expansin ondevelopment of tulip. The main results were as follows:(1)About six kinds of culture substrates, in chestnut soil: sands: peatmoss=5:3:2tulip root number and length, plant height, flower diameter, leaf area per plant all reached remarkable difference.(2)The tulip reproduction number, commodity rate, weight and girthof the regenerated bulbs in chestnut soil: peat moss: sands=5:3:2allwere both better than others. The results of correlation and regressionanalysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation betweenleaf area of single plant and the weight and girth of the regenerated bulbs.(3)In chestnut soil: peat moss: sands=5:3:2, dry weight andcircumference increased were significantly higher than others. In8~10weeks, reducing sugar and sucrose content dropped slowly, it wassignificantly lower than others.(4)Culture substrates can affect SPS and SS activity in bulbs. Culturesubstrates influenced the tulip SPS and SS activity mainly in6~10weeks. In chestnut soil: peat moss: sands=5:3:2, chestnut soil: sands=1:1and chestnut soil: peat moss=1:1, SPS and SS activity was significantlyhigher than in chestnut soil, peat moss, and sands. SS vitality in chestnutsoil: peat moss: sands=5:3:2was significantly higher than other culture substrates.(5)Expansin could promote the growth and development of tulip, andappropriate concentration of expansin could not only promote the organsdevelopment but also promote the accumulation of assimilation products, and it could promote the tulip bulbs expand to a certain extent, at thesame time, expansin could increase the bulb propagation coefficient, butthe difference was not significant. |
