Hematological analyzer is an instrument with common use in clinic test of the hospital. Because the instrument used were imported which was costly and lack of after-sale services. and the instrument developed by domestic company were inferior to abroad company in many study such as mechanical structure, test method, stability, veracity and data processing. Therefore it is of great significance to research a multi-parameter、3-part and fully automated analyzer with advanced technical target and perfect function and excellent performance. The thesis introduces the current situation、the development trend and other questions of hematological analyzer both at home and abroad. The main research focuses on the gap in aspects of mechanical structure, detection methods, stability, accuracy and data processing and it also formulate the corresponding technical requirements.Secondly, it has completed the electrical system design according to state specifications requirements. The system takes S3C2410A which is a 16/32 bit RISC processor as the core, and it includes driving board, implementing agencies, sensors, input/output devices and so on. This system is in line with the safety, environmental protection and other state regulations. And it also has many characteristics such as simple operation, dynamic visual images, high repeatability, high reliability and high stability.A new sampling system is designed in this paper ,on the basis of advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign hematological analyzers’ mechanical structure. It improves the movement patterns of the rocker in the X-axis direction and the mechanical properties of the instrument. While in the design of the hydraulic system, it reduces the number of the stepper motor and the valve, and then it decreases the costs and also enhances quantitative precision. At the same time, according to the characteristic of the stepper motor, a special subdivision driving circuit is designed which ensures the motor’s positioning accuracy and improves the overall performances. This paper carried out a systematic study for the blood corpuscle test technology which based on the Coulter Principle. In view of the weakness of the blood corpuscle signal and the complexity of the noise source and so on. The unique signal amplification circuit effectively inhibit various kinds of interference to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of testing results. In this paper, Major Research Achievements are as follows: through the research work of the multi-parameter、3-part and fully automated analyzer performing hematological analysis, we solved the problems such as the stability, accuracy and reproducibility of the apparatus, the technical data of the complete machine reached the leading domestic level, and promoted domestic development of the 3-part analyzer performing hematological analysis,at the same time, it can provide high-quality low-priced products to basic level township hospital, which will promote the construction of basic level township hospital.
