Studies On Integrated Power Emergency Communication System

In response to suspension of electricity supply, the conventional means of communication in a paralyzed state when domestic emergencies frequent power facilities suffered significant damage in extreme cases, building a strong comprehensive integrated power emergency communication system is needed. Because the construction extent and level of the current emergency communication system are still having a big gap with the objectives and requirements of implementation strong and smart grid strategic, so it is an urgent need to use the new network technology and multimedia technology to improve emergency communications systems integration, communications, networking diverse levels to meet the requirements of strong smart grid, to provide the necessary back-up protection for smart grid.This paper analyzes the next-generation network standards and systems theory in the various subsystems and shows the next generation communications network communication protocols in detail. the power emergency integrated communication system design is discussed in detail, including design ideas, needs analysis, and proposed an approach based on the original power emergency communication system integrated feasibility. And further studies the structure of the system and working principle, design the overall framework of the system. Clarifies four levels of structure and function of platform.Further designed the structure and function of the cluster scheduling command system, emergency mobile video consultation system and emergency man system.Finally shows features of emergency integrated communications system software platform.The system combines3G dedicated network, satellite communications, dedicated power transmission fiber, trunking, WLAN technology, PTN private network and NGN communications networks and other communication technology, including mobile emergency mobile high-definition video conferences,3G interactive video man, mobile industrial panel for field emergency, IP video phone video calls and so on. Fully meet power communication requirements of natural disasters and extreme small probability in case of emergency.Integrated power emergency communication system enhance the ability of the power system emergency dispatching further,and play a very important role to respond to handle capability of emergencies and emergency incident and fast recovery of the grid.
