Dry gas seal was rapid development type now. It was applied in high-speed rotary equipment. With increasing engineering application, dry gas seal began to apply in low-speed equipment such as reaction kettle shaft seal. High-speed dynamic pressure effect theory can not be suitable for low-speed inflatable static pressure lubrication theory. Static pressure dry gas seal lubrication theory was built in urgent to guide the engineering application.(1) Establish orifice type static dry gas seal gas film Reynolds equation.(2) Using the finite difference method to solve the orifice type static dry gas seal gas film Reynolds equation; Using VB to write a solving static dry gas seal gas film Reynolds equation calculating program.(3) Write VB program invokes the MATLAB to draw the gas film pressure distribution.(4) On the basis of the principle of flow balance variable step gradually approaching the iterative algorithm is proposed. The results show that the gas film from the orifice radial pressure to the static ring inside diameter and outside diameter direction is approximate parabolic gradually decline, the maximum pressure in the orifice,3.567MPa, minimum0.212MPa; Along with the increase of thickness of gas film open end gas film force decreased; In the condition of certain circumstances, the gas film stiffness decreases with the increase of gas film thickness.In order to ensure the accuracy of the calculation, the VB software to calculate the radial pressure distribution, opening force, the gas film stiffness and leakage of calculated value and the reference value are compared, the results show that both the close, confirming the accuracy of the numerical calculation software VB article.To sum up, for the static pressure of dry gas seal design and use and provides a theoretical basis for static pressure of dry gas seal security, reliability has important engineering application value.
