Therefore the practical document of cycloidal gear pump is seldom and the research of the cycloidal helical gear pump hasn’t been seen.The article puts forward an idea of the cycloidal helical gear pump, scheme out the structure of its main parts-inner rotor and outer rotor and the overall structure,and researches the related characters preliminarily.The main content of this article are as follows:(1)This article introduces the origin of the cycloid, the generating and parameter equation and the tooth profile equation of the inner rotor and outer rotor briefly.(2)The radial force of the cycloidal gear pump is the important basis during the process of structure design and parameter optimization. With involute gear pump for reference, in this paper, the composition of cycloidal pump radial force is analyzed theoretically and the formula is inferred preliminarily in order to provide reference for the design and optimization.(3) The article puts forward an idea of the cycloidal helical gear pump firstly, scheme out the structure of its main parts-inner rotor and outer rotor and the overall structure.(4)This paper designs out the oil entry and export cavity in accordance with the special construction of the cycloidal helical gear pump, analyzes the process of absorpting and bleeding oil and proves that the new type pump can operat normally.(5) Based on the analysis of the cycloidal pump radial force, the article analyzes the radial force of the cycloidal helical gear pump and works out the computing formula.(6)And the flow characteristic of the cycloidal helical gear pump is probed preliminarily.(7)In the last part,a similar-sized the cycloidal gear pump is designed in order to compare with the cycloidal helical gear pump at respects of stress and flow characteristic.
