Viaduct system in the whole urban road transportation system plays an important role, in order to ensure the safety of the overpass, the domestic most cities usually adopt fixed height limit gantry to restrict the special heavy vehicle management, but the fixed height limit gantry flexibility is poor, not beautiful, and there are serious security hidden danger, therefore to carry out the lift height limit gantry institutions and elevator control system research is necessary.This paper on the limit of the research status of gantry and elevator control system at home and abroad are analyzed, based on the existing road conditions and infrastructure, the lifting of gantry structure scheme is put forward. Then according to the structure scheme for variable limit high gantry lift mechanism has carried on the detailed design.Due to lift the variable limit by high gantry agencies in the car, the collision will happen, in order to ensure the safety of the gantry infrastructure must design effective structure to prevent the collision caused the destruction of the gantry or collapse. Due to the collision of study is difficult to obtain specific size of the collision force. This paper puts forward the concept of a collision force threshold value, namely under certain collision force, gantry limit high institutions of the control rod or limit high damage will happen, but will not affect the safety of gantry foundation.Based on the theory of finite element analysis, by simplifying the lifting of gantry limit high institutions established the finite element model, and threshold value by the collision force analysis on the safety of the gantry limit high institutions, the analysis results show: when the vehicle collision, limit is high or master rod will not affect the safety of gantry institutions when fracture, meet the design requirements.In this paper for the design of elevator control system, which includes two main parts: vehicle detection sensor and control assembly. The performance requirement of vehicle detection sensor and model, and to control the assembly of hardware design and software design are described in detail.Finally, the thesis is summarized and the thinking of the future research direction and methods.
