Research On Production Process Improvement Of E Enterprise Based On The Value Stream Map Analyzing Method

E company is a manufacturing company focus on passenger car engine valve production. And serve many vehicle customers with dozens of product variance. Due to company was funded only in3years, and multi-variety products, only five of line were launched. So the way of mass production can not meet the requirement of company development. The thesis start from satisfy customer requirement and deep investigate the production process control by drawing value stream mapping(VSM).Taking lean thinking into manufacturing process control and create the method of production process control based on lean production, structuring quick change over with lean methodology. Hope it can provide a new site for company production process control.The thesis divided by6chapter. The first chapter introduce production process research background and meaning based on VSM analysis; the second chapter introduce the concept of lean production history and development. And present the tools and way of implementation for VSM. The third chapter briefly introduce E company production system and main issues in production system and the detail analysis; the fourth chapter show the roadmap and principle of design,target and project steps; the fifth chapter focus on production line quick changeover,including standardization for operator and procedure; the last chapter is conclusion and summarize the short of thesis, then point out the area to improve in future.The thesis take customer satisfaction as target by researching the production process control with value stream mapping methodology. Shorten production lead time,reducing inventory,standardize production process control methodology in E company brings the way of mixed model line a step closer by optimize for production plan,layout and quick changeover.
