The Change of landscape pattern and analysis of the ecological effect based onintegrated land-use planning in Changli.Land is not only an important natural resources, but also is the most basic ecologicalelements. The reasonable utilization of land is the foundation of the eco-environmentconstruction, is the key to harmonize human being and the nature land use is a process,which is to develop land according to its property. By creating the wealth and improvingthe environment, it can meet the need of production, life and human survival.Generalstandards of land use planning is an overall and harmonious advance arrangement in spaceand time for all kinds of land use in future, is the programmatic document of land use andland management, and it has a global impact.In recent years, general standards of land useplanning beyond the simple level of technical and economic. The study on the ecologicalenvironment question is getting attention from the people.Landscape ecology is a crosssubject of geography and ecology, and the study will focus on the impact of creatures andhuman activities by the landscape spatial structure and morphological characteristics.Therefore, the research methods of apply the related methods of the landscape pattern inlandscape ecology to analysis of the general land use planning has important theoreticaland practical significance.In this paper, we choose Changli county of Hebei province as the study area, access toachieve related words, maps and other data on integrated land-use planning of the baseperiod from2009to2020of Changli county, use the ArcGIS and Fragstats software as aplatform, use methods of multi-scale landscape pattern analysis and ecosystem servicevalue comparison to research the changes of landscape pattern and ecological effect in theland use planning. The main contents and conclusions as follows:(1) By analyse andscape pattern of integrated land-use planning in Changli countyfrom single scale and compute change landscape type, we can know increase trend ofgarden land, forest land, construction land and a decreasing trend of cultivated land,agricultural land, water and other natural reserve period from2009to2020. Land usecomprehensive dynamic index reflects the intensity of land use change. Based on theanalysis of land use transfer matrix of mutual transformation get the area and proportion between classes. From the matrix, the density of patches, patch characteristics on thestability analyse landscape pattern change of changli county.(2) Multi-scale analysis landscape pattern of integrated land-use planning in changlicounty. Firstly choose the best size of the landscape pattern by granularity effect, andthrough correlation analysis to get the landscape pattern index which is independent andcan comprehensively reflect the characteristics of landscape pattern.From level of the patchtype and landscape pattern, landscape pattern index analysis of integrated land-useplanning in changli county, we can know during the planning of changli county overalllandscape fragmentation degree reduced, plaque geometry more rules, landscape diversity,evenness decreased. Ripley’s K function is an effective method for multi-scale landscapepattern analysis. It is a support and supplement of the landscape pattern index method. Theresearch result based on Ripley’s K function of multi-scale landscape pattern characteristicsand changes in Changli county shows that small scale over all showed aggregationdistribution, with the increase of scale, characterized by uniform distribution, dispersioncharacteristics beyond a certain trait scales. Different class features in different scale space,the spatial aggregation and dispersion characteristics each has its own characteristics.(3) Though introduce the ecosystem service value accounting to the evaluation ofintegrated land-use planning, we can get the ecosystem services value which is theimplementation of land use overall and implementation is expected changli county. Duringthe planning period, the ecosystem services value as a whole shows a tendency of increase,expected an increase of71.7464million yuan. Cultivated land, water and other land type,the ecosystem service value of the corresponding category declined, but garden, grass landincreased, improve the overall planning of ecosystem services value. By calculating theecological service value coefficient of sensitivity index, improve the credibility of theresults. Planning of land use improve the ecological environment conditions. Using thetheory of ecosystem service value we put forward the connotation of ecological supportand quantitative standards to measure changes in land use change of construction landecological support. The rapid increase of construction land is the direct reflection duringthe planning period, the direct result is the rapid decline in changli county of ecologicalsupport.
