The increasingly fierce competition in the packaging machinery, highly automated, intelligent, multi-function, high efficiency, low consumption of packaging equipment is increasingly favored by the industry.The field of food packaging application needs of the new three servo automatic packaging machine, universal motion controller based on independent research and development as the core, the motion control system for in-depth study of the new three servo automatic packaging machine, automatic packaging machine developed three servo motion control software to implement complex motion control process. On the basis of the original motion control research at the same time, according to the specific requirements of the customers further improve their work, and the development of track and fixed-length packaging mode, electronic anti-cut, empty slot detection, automatic sealing film blowing Angular and other new features to improve the level of automation of the packaging machine to meet the market requirements.With the speed of operation and the continuous improvement of the response speed of the servo drive and the host computer for the motion characteristics of the three axes of the three servo packaging machine, electronic cam instead of the traditional mechanical cam control thinking, the use of software to achieve a three-axis synchronous motion; simplify the mechanical structure of the automatic packaging machine, reduce equipment noise, improve packaging accuracy.Application of the design of human-machine interface to facilitate the realization of the display settings of various processing parameters and motion control parameters monitoring; human-machine interface and universal motion controller via Modbus communication protocol for data transfer to meet the real-time servo motor control.In this paper, the classic PID algorithm for real-time compensation error for control systems, mechanical drive systems such as the presence of a variety of error, improve packaging accuracy.By the above research work, the development of three servo packaging machine movement based on the general motion control software, installion, reached the initial design requirements and satisfied users need.
