Because of new energy vehicles with low consumption and low emission,has become the focus of the world’s major automobile manufacturers for futuredevelopment. In developed countries such as Europe and the United States, thehybrid vehicles market is already very mature, and in our country along with theincrease of research and the improvement of the national policy, the developmentof hybrid vehicles is also gradually on the right track. As an important part of thevehicle control system, vehicle controller gathers driver operating intentions suchas the accelerator pedal and brake pedal position signal, and combined with thebattery SOC to calculate engine parameters such as torque provided by ISGmotor and motor.It is reasonably to allocate the power output and thus laid afoundation for the normal running of the car. Because mechanical energyproduced by the car can be recycled when it is braking. So the efficiency ofenergy utilization can be improved. Thus the main content of this article is todesign a performance of the vehicle controller.This dissertation combined with the function and demand of the vehiclecontroller, and put forward the overall design scheme of distributed andcentralized combination. Among the hardware design of the vehicle controller,this design choose32-bit MCU TC1766of infineon company as master controlchip of a whole vehicle controller a whole vehicle controller. The peripheralcircuit is designed in accordance with the method of modular design.In order torunning in a complex environment, the vehicle controller is designed to have theability of electromagnetic and anti-jamming. At the vehicle controller softwaredesign, the software of the control system adopts function modular approach to design. At first of all, we designed overall s tructure of controller’s software.Secondly, we draw out the software control flow chart of the controller. Finally,we wrote software driver layer.
