Preliminary Study On The Connection Between The Layout Of Center Department Of Surgery And Related Medical Technical Departments In Large-scale General Hospitals

With the development of social economy and the rising attention people paid to theirown health, China is experiencing the climax of hospital construction as well as the medicaltechnical departments. Compared to other civil public buildings, medical building design ishighly professional, sophisticated and has many special types of equipment. And it has strictdemands and requirements for routes, partition and cleanliness. Of all the departments of thehospital, center department of surgery is the most vital one, it has connection with many otherdepartments and has strict layout demand, and the medical work is very complicated.The article is based on the research on the hospital medical routes and the relationshipbetween the center department of surgery and other ones, aiming at probing into the strategyand pattern of the general layout of the center department of surgery and the relevant clinicaldepartments. Besides, it considers how to operate more efficient and convenient on the basisof the clinical department layout. The research angle can meet the demand of the currentmedical work.This article is consisted of four parts:The first part:(Chapter One) The introduction mainly elaborates the research background,object and the significance, the current domestic and overseas research and the hospitalconstruction situation. Above all, they lay the theoretical foundation of this article.The second part:(Chapter Two) This part includes the general situation and thedevelopment history of the medical clinics. It stresses on elaborating the center department ofsurgery and four relevant departments.The third part:(Chapter Three and Four) Chapter three mainly focuses on the medicalroutes of center department of surgery. By researching on the medical process, it comparesand contrasts the medical routes in the aspects of the people, objects and information routes.In Chapter Four, by collecting abundant examples of medical building, we analysis the exactposition of the surgery and relevant department by turns in the hospital and research on thepositioning method.The fourth part:(Chapter Five) Through the case study of the former part, we concludethe general layout strategy of the surgery and the relevant department considering the generalprinciple of department layout and multiple ways of connection between those departments.Apart from that, this part proposes the general layout model according to the positioning of the surgery department and analysis the existing great examples.This article analysis the advantages and disadvantages of large amounts of hospital casesby integrating closely the practical experience of hospital design. In the current days whengreat emphasis is on the efficiency and convenience in the ecologic hospital design, we hopeto offer this article as a reference for the general layout for the center department of surgeryand the relevant medical departments.
