On the basis of the characteristics of self-compacting concrete which is easy to crack, this thesis mainly analyses two aspects about material and construction. The impact rule of shrinkage cracking of Self-compacting concrete can be studied by combining free shrinkage of concrete and plate cracking test. As a result, we can receive the anti-cracking measures of different strength grade of self-compacting concrete that anti-cracking properties of it can be improved in the material proportioning optimization. The main work of this thesis is as follow:(1) Through the orthogonal experiment, the mix proportion of different strength grade of self-compacting concrete was optimized in order to provide benchmark mixture ratio for test of self-compacting concrete shrinkage cracking.(2) According to the above optimization results, the rule of different strength grade of self-compacting concrete shrinkage cracking was depthly analyzed through the concrete free shrinkage test and plate cracking test under different curing conditions. From the point of above results, the impact of shrinkage cracking which curing conditions play on the different strength grade self-compacting concrete can be received.(3) On the basis of the particularity of self-compacting concrete materials and construction features, the property of self-compacting concrete crack resistance in two aspects of material and construction are studied. According to the research target, the impact rule of the anti cracking properties which mineral admixture and expansive agent play on the concrete were further studied by combining concrete free shrinkage test and plate cracking test under different curing conditions. After, the impact of mineral admixtures and curing conditions on compensation shrinkage cracking of expansion agent were in-depth studied by net slurry PH test and XRD test. At last, we can get the mix proportion of cracking-resistance self-compacting concrete through the research results.
