ABSTRACT:The asphalt cement truck is one of the key equipments which are used to build the non-ballasted high-speed railway. It is used to storage and transport the cement mortar material, and also to product the mortar. The ratio of ingredients of high-speed rail mortar is strict. The accuracy of the measuring device of the truck is very high, so it is the key technology of batching control system to improve the accuracy of the measuring device.Through studying the structure and working principle of the batching system of mortar truck, the author analysed the main factors that affect dosing errors. Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing control methods for eliminating the measurement error, the author proposed the control strategy of the control system and discussed the feasibility of the control strategy. The author designed a batching control system with secondary metering of powder admixture and the volume measurement of Admixtures and gave the specific control algorithms and detailed design process. The paper used the configuration software to design ingredients process monitoring system of the mortar truck. The system could monitor the temperature and level of the materials, the position of materials’measure and transport, running state of the mixer.On the basis of theoretical research, the paper completed the engineering applications of the batching control system, developed a set of high-precision and high-reliability control system. In engineering applications, the author did the work of calibration and verification of the measurement system and obtained satisfactory result.
