Research On Getai Nuclear Power Project Quality Management

With the development of Chinese economy, engineering projects are increasing day byday. And, the project quality is becoming a concerned issue. This paper is based on the relatedknowledge of quality management standards and codes, and takes Getai nuclear power plantas an example to state the basic principle, process methods and related factor control appliedin the Getai nuclear power plant.This paper firstly stated the basic principle of quality management and the current qualitymanagement status and issues of Getai nuclear power plant, and then introduces the generalstatus and contract requirements of this nuclear power plant. Then, managementresponsibilities, resources management, product realization, measurement, and improvementanalysis composing quality management system are addressed from the perspective of projectquality management. The specific implementation of quality management system at the initial,middle, and final phase are stated in chapter4, and the safeguard measures for qualitymanagement system of Getai nuclear power plant are put forward in Chapter5. Finally thispaper concluded the actual accomplishment in running the quality management system forthis project, and directed the improvement opportunity and future road for the qualityassurance of Getai nuclear power plant.
