In our country economically developed areas, the vast majority of economic hotspotslocated between the cities of early highway construction period due to the socio-economicconstraints and technical levels, using design standards generally low, increasingly unable tomeet the growing of traffic demand, even many highway traffic has far exceeded its designcapacity, any significant traffic congestion. In order to guarantee high-speed highway, smoothand safe function of the capacity expansion of the early roads, improve road pavement leveland technical standards is imperative.At present, the domestic highway expansion is often the timing lag, lack of a morereasonable choice of programs, quality control indicators and standards and splicing controlindicators, etc. Therefore, this paper, on a nationwide existing highway expansion projectconduct a detailed investigation and analysis, based on the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway inLaiwu to Linyi (Rusu circles) segment as the basis, mainly carried out in the followingaspects:(1) renovation and expansion of basic forms on highways were analyzed, compared tothe second channel expansion and new programs as well as unilateral and bilateral wideningwidening summarized proposed highway expansion plan selection principles, combined withthe case of engineering entity proposed to Laiwu, Linyi Shanghai high-speed section of theoverall program expansion options, as well as sections of the expansion program wereselected;(2) analysis of the new and old mosaic Pavement reasonable measures to renovation andexpansion of Shanghai as an example, through modeling, finite element analysis, thestructural layer thickness and applied in a reasonable physical engineering; and analyzing theold pavement splicing construction elements, combined with the grassroots, the surface layerof the construction, the construction work proposed stitching should pay attention, combinedwith engineering entity gives the Beijing-Shanghai extension pavement recycling constructionmethods and quality control. (3) through surveys nationwide application of recycled pavement, asphalt mixescomparative analysis of regeneration classification, the respective advantages anddisadvantages, recycled asphalt mixture proposed selection criteria, as well as recycledMixture proposed Beijing-Shanghai high-speed pavement recycling program;...
