The Influence On The Decision Of Owner From Difference Of Intelligent Building Case

Intelligent building is a competitive technology that develops rapidly. It takes themodern architecture as a platform, the comprehensive application of modern computertechnology, automatic control technology, modern communication technology andintelligent control technology, the control and management of construction equipment,as to achieve highly efficiency, safety and energy conversation. With the rapiddevelopment of modern technology, intelligent building is also change rapidly andconstantly adds new content. As far as now, the intelligent building system includes heatand air conditioning monitoring system, power supply monitoring system, lightingcontrol system, water supply and drainage monitoring system, fire alarm system, doorcontrol system.In this paper, it makes the influence on the decided goal of owner from intelligentbuilding alternative schemes difference as the research mainline. Choosing the rightscheme can avoid unnecessary financial and material resources, human waste throughresearch. From the strategic angle, the research can help owner screen out the mostclosest benchmark case, and also solve the coordination problem among the economy,technology, environment and society.The paper is based on Chongqing province XX company multi-scheme decisionfor intelligent building. Firstly establishes the index system of intelligent buildingevaluation. On the basis of the evaluation system, combining with the variousalternative schemes, the benchmark scheme of intelligent building is determined. Thenusing the gray hierarchy method evaluates the differences among the systems of theintelligent building. Lastly the use of improved VE method determines the value wavesize between the alternative intelligent building system and the benchmark intelligentbuilding scheme. Through the above work, the size of influence on owner’s decidedgoal can be decided from intelligent building alternative schemes.
