The main factors of affecting the thermoelectric cooler refrigeration isthe hot-cold side heating transferd coefficient and the working current performance.Through changing the size of the hot-cold surface and adjusting the current of thethermoelectric cooler to the temperature of the cold surface heat transfer temperaturecurve when the thermoelectric materials is constant and discussing the impact ofcurrent and heat transfer coefficient of the thermoelectric cooler.On the basis of previous studies of thermoelectric cooling plate,through of com-puter simulation and theoretical calculation and experimental study,discussing thehot-cold surface by the natural convection and the cold surface touching the humanbody and the cold surface in the natural convection,the hot surface with forcedconvection.Through the three conditions of the refrigeration for performancecomparison, Computer simulation, to simulate the three conditions, the coolingcharacteristics and hot side heat transfer coefficient of the thermoelectric cooling plate,the relationship of the current. In the theoretical calculations, the establishment of thecold end of the refrigeration plate heat exchanger equations, the amount of cooling ofthe semiconductor element equation and heat production equation, the use of the VBsoftware programming Computing, access to the hot end cooling conditions, cold sideto achieve the lowest refrigeration temperature.
